There is also a very cozy living room with comfortable seating and a large 65" TV. All 3 bedrooms contain some fun LED lighting in the beds or side tables which can entertain the kids or make for a good mood setter. The master bedroom is the only one with an ensuite bath. The space is newly renovated and very clean!**Please note that it will be an additional $25/day to heat the pool**-1.5 miles to Downtown St. Augustine-1.2 miles to the St. Augustine Ampitheatre-0.5 miles to the Alligator Farm-3.2 miles to the St. Augustine Pier (Beach)PET POLICY:We can accommodate up to 3 dogs at $100 per dog per stay (non-refundable). You must let us know prior to check in and have paid the fee. The dogs need to be up to date on shots and fully potty trained/kenneled. Any pets need to be crated indoors, especially if left unattended. We ask that no pets are allowed on the hardwood floors since they can be easily scratched. There is a vinyl gate that can be pulled to separate that part of the house, but if that doesn't work then please make other accommodations to control the animal(s). Also, please no pets on any furniture.
