Resort datato, necessita di manutenzione ma tutto sommato bello e godibile. È diviso in 2 zone, una internazionale e una riservata al tour operato italiano Veraclub. Il punto forte è la sua posizione: direttamente sul mare in una baia dove il reef si interrompe permettendo così un semplice accesso al mare ma soprattutto è possibile nuotare e fare il bagno anche durante la bassa marea! La barriera corallina è la più bella che abbia mai visto in Egitto!

Territory: The hotel's territory is very large, green, and multi-level, offering a beautiful view of the sea from the upper levels. The area is clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasure to be there. The enormous pool with several slides was almost always empty, as most guests preferred the beach. There are fountains and picturesque pathways throughout. Food: Unfortunately, the food was quite monotonous. This is a key area where management should focus. Breakfasts were rather sparse, with unexpectedly limited choices and not much that was tasty. Lunch was better, but still too similar every day. Dinners were the highlight, featuring a variety of grilled dishes that changed nightly, such as turkey, duck, tuna, and quail. The best day was the national cuisine day. A plus was the section for dietary food (boiled fish or meat, steamed vegetables, plain rice) - the taste of natural food was excellent, and I enjoyed the boiled options. Nonetheless, food remains the biggest drawback of this hotel. Also you shouldn’t expect good free alcohol. On the other hand, the coffee was surprisingly delicious. Accommodation: Initially, we were given a large room, but the balcony view was unsatisfactory. We were able to switch to a more preferable room without any issues after two days. Housekeeping was done daily, leaving a pleasant, fragrant scent. Staff: The biggest plus of this hotel is its staff. They are friendly, welcoming, open, and positive. Everyone was ready to help and answer questions without any hint of expecting tips. However, it’s a good idea to have some change (1-2 dollars/euros) to thank these wonderful people for their hospitality. Entertainment: The animation team completely won us over. They put a lot of effort into their evening shows, performing professionally. During the day, they engage guests with various activities, ensuring there’s never a dull moment. Thanks to this team, we had a fantastic time, filled with laughter, dancing, and joy. Beach: The beach is clean and maintained daily, with plenty of trash bins, and litter is removed promptly. Each room has a designated, fenced area with two chairs and an umbrella, so there’s no need to rush in the morning to reserve a spot. The hotel was quite busy, but we were able to change our umbrella to a better-suited one during our stay. Towels are issued on a card system and can be changed daily if needed. There are two bars where you can get hot or cold drinks and snacks, and for 3 euros, you can enjoy fresh juice from exotic fruits (highly recommended!). The sea entry is gentle and sandy, with a nearby reef and colorful fish swimming close to the shore. Extras: Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and on the beach. In the rooms, we even had a router that worked perfectly with excellent connection. During our entire stay, we experienced no stomach issues. Stayed here for two weeks with a wife and parents. For the positives; Great colourful gardens all around the hotel, turning a simple walk from a room to a lobby quite enhancing experience. Wide variety of plants and flowers, grass looks green like it’s been painted, even though it’s a winter season. Secondary the coral reef; located just by the beach, no need for a boat trip to actually see some sealife. Great place for both amateur snorkelers and experienced divers. Last but not least - International Animation team - these guys seem to be really passionate about their work. Entertainment during the day as well as theatre’s shows every night were simple awesome. Guys from the team were checking up on us every now and then, simply for a friendly little chat, to ask if we enjoy our stay or surveying about previous shows and improvements for the future . They truly seem to care whether or not we do enjoy our time here and try to sort out and make up for any little inconveniences even though it’s not precisely their job. It’s been THE BEST animation team I have ever experienced so far in any hotel we’ve been to. Impressive and admirable! GREAT JOB Well, for the negatives; Breakfasts are quite disappointing. Hotel is aimed at European tourists yet there is no such a basic stuff las bacon. ham, hashbrowns or edible cheese. It’s not being picky, but these above seemed to be a standard in every single hotel I have been to in recent years. So we simply missed most of them Another big downside is the split between Italian and international guests. Apparently some activities and certain parts of the hotel and available only for Italian travel agency guests and all the others are simply ask to leave/ do not participate. That includes beach volleyball (really??), Italian restaurant, and outside theatre. I wouldn’t actually mind, but we have never been informed about the reason for being excluded, neither before taking the trip, nor during the stay. I believe Guest Relations manager should be more open to discuss the matter with international guests however no one ever tried to explain or reason with us about the inequity(discrimination??). It simply seems unfair, and kind of leaves the bad taste on the overall Utopia Brach Club experience. We spoke to some other Polish guests - they feel exactly the same way we do - so it’s surely something to reconsider in the future as it may discourage some from coming back in the future. 2000 word mark already so… Overall really nice hotel for the price. Great stuff, great place and great coral reef, Some improvements towards guest experience and this will be the place I can highly recommend to anyone looking for a fair priced Egypt Holiday. Dave

Good food, clean rooms, wifi everywhere, beatiful coral reef. Very friendly and funny animators, especialy for kids (ludi) . The alcoholic drinks included in all inclusive are not very good (just beer is ok) and there are no normal juices to drink, only some sweet drinks.

Cozy hotel with good food and friendly staff. Reef ideal for snorkeling and for divers from beginners to experts. Great and friendly animation team with great shows in the evenings and various activities during daytime. Especially the fire show and the fakir show was one of the best performances I have seen in all egypt. From my point of view i can only recommend this hotel.

One of the most beautiful hotels that you can spend an enjoyable vacation in to enjoy the most beautiful views of coral reefs and different types of colorful fish, as well as enjoying the different gardens and roses that are everywhere with a wonderful group of workers who are very friendly and provide service with the utmost love and cooperation
