「部屋は広々としていて設備も整っていましたが、一つ問題がありました。一番奥の部屋に割り当てられたため、出入りが不便でした（これは私がOTC Ctripプラットフォーム経由で予約したからでしょうか？少し差別的でしょうか？それとも私たちがアジア人だからでしょうか？）。Ctripがこの件を調査してくれることを願っています！」

「これはPlaya Del Carmenで最高の価値です。特にこのアプリで予約している場合、バックに最適なバンプ。おいしい食べ物。ステーキレストランも素晴らしいです。最新のホテルではありませんが、すべてが清潔でモダンです。これは私たちのホテルです。唯一の不満は、彼らがすべてのインクルーシブにプレミアムテキーラ(ドン·ジュリオ)を含めることをやめたことです。」

「이동수단 예약 관련 이메일 미응답과 동문서답 반응으로 매우 고생했습니다. 결국 자체적으로 이동했구요. 시설도 생각보다 그 금액을 지불하면서까지 맞나 싶네요. 청결은 생각보다 좀 부족했습니다. 그 외 식당 리스트와 식당의 음식 퀄리티는 좋았구요. 또한 룸에서 공사소리가 너무 나 잠을 잘수없다하니 처음엔 참으라 하더군요. 그 이후에 한번더 강하게 항의하니 룸을 바꿔주었으나, 청소과정에서 문을 열어놓았는지 밤새 모기 잡느라 설쳤네요. 결론은 10점중 3.5점」

「Our stay was beautiful, I will not deny that. However it was not without a few letdowns. I am a woman who is all about a pool and was so excited to swim in the absolutely gorgeous pool I saw in all the photos online. I visited the week of Jan 1- Jan 7th and the weather was quite warm about 75 degrees every day. HOWEVER, the pool was absolutely FREEZING to the point where I was shivering being in it. Felt like an ICE BATH :( It was not enjoyable and with this being a secluded/ all inclusive hotel there weren't very much other forms of entertainment during the day except for the pool and the beach (the water was warm at the beach). It was so disappointing. I called the front desk to ask if anything could be done but they stated was no pool heater/temperature adjuster. We paid about 4 grand total for this trip and to be completely honest were only able to enjoy the pool once. My next complaint comes to the beach. We went to the beach which gets pretty bus. There was a day where every single chair was full and two of the hotel cabanas were being taken over by random street vendors - taking away two spots for the guests from the 100% packed beach area. These guys were NOT a part of the hotel and are the vendors who go around trying to sell cigars, etc. I watched the staff pass by them multiple times and say nothing while ACTUAL GUESTS had nowhere to lounge by the beach. That was very disappointing as these guys were laughing loudly, staring at guests, and did not move as people walked by looking for chairs. Other than that I will admit that the food was great, the staff was super nice, the hotel grounds were IMPECCABLE, the rooms were nice, everything else was quite lovely. But for the reasons listed I will not be staying at this all inclusive again, although you can still make the most of it and have a lovely experience overall. I'd recommend a stay if you're not going for the main reason of enjoying the pool and the beach.」

「The hotel is beautifully situated in the heart of Playa del Carmen. The staff is friendly and polite, making you feel welcome. There are several restaurants and a good variety of drinks and food. Unfortunately, the area isn’t safe—my bag was stolen, and we also witnessed a very serious car accident with fatalities. The hotel itself is great, but due to the safety concerns, I wouldn’t return to Cancun/Playa del Carmen.」

「Instalaciones buenas, bien la comida y servicio en restaurantes y limpieza.  2 puntos negativos. 1) Te acosan a la entrada y salida para venderte un tiempo compartido disfrazado con otro nombre, haciendo mencion ellos que es programa vacacional 2) El área de la playa en época de bodas no te permite disfrutar, ya que los fotógrafos se apropian del lugar sin siquiera pedir permiso, situación que se reportó y pues no hace nada el hotel.」

「熱帯雨林では、環境は悪くありません、もちろん、蚊も多いです...食事は普通です、それは驚くほど良くありません、それは食べるのが難しくありません、私はサービスがかなり一般的だと思います、あまり積極的ではなく、休憩を邪魔することが多い、遮音性は良くありません、夜中または早朝に何度も目が覚めました、一番嫌いなのは、いくつかのイルカを小さなプールに閉じ込めることです...要するに、非常に商業的で、人間味のないホテル」

「We had a wonderful stay in the hotel. All the restaurants are part of the all inclusive. Very good amenities however, there can be times where pool loungers can be very busy and its a struggle to find one especially after lunch time. There were sargassum on the beach but the hotel tried to keep it clean everyday. The shows were great and there are alot of things/events prepared for the guests. Customer service is very good too. You really feel welcomed by everyone.」
