「バギオに行くときはいつもフォレスト ロッジに泊まります。なぜまた泊まるのでしょうか。いつもくつろげるからです。予期せぬ状況に遭遇することもあります。そんなときこそ、このホテルが他のホテルより優れている点を実際に目の当たりにするでしょう。 最近、喘息と診断されましたが、原因をすべて把握していなかったため、キッチンから漂う煙やおいしい匂いが症状を悪化させることを知りませんでした。私たちの部屋はキッチンに近く、咳がひどくなり続けたため、夫が看護師を呼びました。マネージャー (ニール ドミニク)、看護師、ベルボーイが助けに来てくれました。数分で別のフロアに移動してくれました。看護師は私の酸素をチェックし、気分を良くするために薬局で処方された薬を買ってきてくれました。その後、私はすでに回復しつつありましたが、マネージャーと看護師は私たちの様子をずっと見守ってくれました。また、いつでも最寄りの病院に連れて行けるスタンバイ シャトルがあると教えてくれました。彼らは、こんなに短い時間で私の期待以上のサービスを提供してくれました。私たち家族は、ここにいるときはいつでも本当に安全で、よく世話されていると感じています。このため、私はいつもフォレスト ロッジをバギオの私の家と呼ぶでしょう。2024 年 1 月の滞在中、お世話をしていただき、本当にありがとうございました。またお会いできるのを楽しみにしています。」

「We had a wonderful 3-days stay at Lee boutique hotel. The atmosphere feels homey and welcoming, making it easy to settle in right away. The rooms and bathrooms are spotless, with fresh sheets and towels, which added to the comfort. I especially appreciated that the TV comes with Netflix, perfect for winding down after a day out. Our room also had a AC, a balcony with a lovely view, which made mornings and evenings extra enjoyable. The staff were consistently kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Their warmth really elevated the experience. The only downside I noticed was that the bathtub can be a bit slippery, so guests should be cautious.」

「First of all,  I would like to thank you for the service provided by the staffs.  As for the positive feedback,  staffs were able to provide what you need, and requests. They were very responsive and very welcoming.  Housekeeping team and front desk made an immediate actions regarding on our concerns. Apart from lack of informations provided in the website, it should be more specific especially for those additional charges such as Early check ins, amenities for coffee, and etc.  However, everything went well.  All thanks!」
