GGlen Santhighly recommend this hotel, had a great stay overall. room is big enough to cater to four pax with two double bed configuration. staffs are attentive and accommodating. Location is also ideal since taxis or puv are always available around the corner.

ゲゲストThe hotel itself is nice, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The amenities are fine and the room met expectations. Unfortunately, the guest service needs improvement. We arrived at 7:30 PM and our room was still not ready. We were asked to wait, but there were no updates unless we repeatedly asked, which was inconvenient after a long trip. There was also an issue with Netflix being logged in under another guest’s account. When we asked if it could be logged out, we were bluntly told it couldn’t be done, without any effort to assist or offer alternatives. A more service-oriented response would have made a big difference. Overall, the hotel has good facilities, but better staff training and guest handling are needed to improve the stay.

匿匿名ユーザーOur stay at Kamiseta Hotel in Baguio was truly delightful! The cozy atmosphere and charming decor made us feel right at home. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed during our visit. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet serene and peaceful. The breakfast was a treat, offering a variety of delicious options. We especially enjoyed the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we look forward to returning!
