「Room was supposed to be 30 sq meters, but was 15 sq meters...including bathroom.
The sink drain pipe had just been put in the bigger wall pipe...meaning it was not sealed at all and seawage smell was coming into the bathroom. We could smell it too in the room during the night.」

RRaquel TuberaUpon check-in at around 1200, we requested an early check-in because I have a PWD with me, and we were given 1 room, though I booked 2 rooms, acceptable because early check-in depends on the availability of the room. Thank you for the help.
The facility is clean, and our room cleaner in room 9004 is commendable, but the other room was not cleaned, unsure about the standard cleaning procedure (daily or as per request).
Some staff members are courteous, but others are not.
Upon check out, the check-out policy was 1200 due to unavoidable circumstances. We were delayed checking out. I requested a little bit of delay but hotel insisted that we need to vacate the room as the next occupant is ready to check in. Question k lang nong kmi ang mag early check-in is d pwede dahil ndun pa ang ocupant pero nung kmi ang nadelay pramg ang higpit nila at we don't have a choice. Kaya prang unfair man.
The food was good
Unhappy ako sa experience k dun sa early check in at check out need to improve on that part cguro

ゲゲストA cozy hotel, the rooms are clean, the housekeeping is good, the rooms are spacious, but the breakfast and food in the restaurant are very local and tasteless, there is an egg cooking station at breakfast, but you have to wait a very long time, there are waffles, but for some reason they are undercooked inside. The toilet in the cafe is also strange, it's clean, but even the toilet seat isnt in the women's.

良い点：●部屋は広く、シャワーエリアも広々としており、シャワー、ビデ、蛇口の水圧も十分です。
●朝食ビュッフェは美味しいです。
●ホテルスタッフはフレンドリーで親切です。
●眺めが良いです。
悪い点：●ホテルは比較的新しいにもかかわらず、設備のメンテナンスが行き届いていないように感じます。
特にプールエリアとジムエリアは、換気が悪いため、湿気とカビ臭がします。
●8階にあるため、特に夜間は照明が暗く感じます。
●プールの営業時間がオンラインに掲載されている情報と一致していません。
改善点：ゲストの安全と快適な滞在のために、定期的な修繕が必要です。

ゲゲストWe had a great experience at The Chalet. All the staff are helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in is nice and spacious. We also love their breakfast buffet. It's very near the Victory Liner terminal. We'd definitely book this again and it's highly recommended..

KKSD31We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant.
The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well.
Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown.
As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming.
We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat.
Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!

このホテルは静かな雰囲気を提供することに優れていますが、館内にレストランやカフェがないのは注目に値します。ゲストは食事のために外出する必要があり、特に悪天候のときは不便です。幸い、近くのレストラン、Arca's Yard が徒歩圏内にあり、食事の選択肢として利用できます。
改善のための小さな提案は、ゲストの到着時の部屋の準備に関するものです。予約は確定していましたが、清掃が必要だったため、部屋に泊まれるまでに約 1 時間遅れました。特に事前予約の宿泊施設の場合、ゲストが到着する前に部屋の準備を確実にしておくことで、ゲストの全体的な体験が向上するでしょう。
私たちのような通勤者にとっては、ホテルのゲートのすぐ外にジプニーターミナルがあるので、市内中心部に行くのは簡単です。

Wala msyadong Taxi kaya no choice magpapabook k tlga ng GRAB (200+ ang taxi fare pag grab pero pag regular nsa 100 or less) One thing nakakahilo yung paakyat s main lobby ng hotel, spiral ramp ksi tpos ang tarik pag di sanay un mgdrive mhhirapn tlga ska sana may nag aassist dun sa pag akyat at pagbaba ng sasakyan pra di nagkakasalubungan at maiwasan yung disgrasya.
