良い点：立地が良く、階下に食料品店とレストランがあり、レストランではルームデリバリーも手配できます（すべてのレストランが対応しているかは不明です）。 朝食ビュッフェはまあまあです。 悪い点：ロビーを通るたびにいつもたくさんの人がいました。レストランの客で、食事を待っているのか、それとも何か他の用事なのか、ちょっと気になりました。 外にはたくさんのスタッフが立っていて、みんなおしゃべりしていました。チェックイン当日、車を駐車してスーツケースを運びましたが、チェックインの問い合わせは一度もありませんでした。愚かにも列に並んでしまいましたが、それはレストランの列でした。 部屋には飲料水がなく、部屋の電話番号は「0」と表示されていました。フロントデスクは24時間対応ですが、2泊3日の滞在中、一度も応答がありませんでした。 その夜、外出時にロビーのウェイターに水とタオルを頼みましたが、戻ってきたら何もありませんでした！ ゲスト用駐車場は無料で、利用券も渡されますが、入退場のたびに提示する必要があります。なぜゲストのナンバープレートを書き留めておかないのでしょうか？バギオの他のホテルやB&Bに宿泊したことがあります。そこではこのような面倒なことはありませんでした。さらに、宿泊客（おそらくレストランで食事をする人）と宿泊客が同じ駐車場に駐車するため、宿泊客は駐車スペースが確保できません。 駐車場の係員に、駐車場のエレベーターでロビーまで行けるか尋ねたところ、階段を上ったところだと言われました。 客室清掃の際は、サインを見せないと清掃してもらえません。しかし、サインはクローゼットの中にあります。

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 Our stay at Selendra Suites was absolutely wonderful! Location: If you're looking for a quiet, laid-back vacation in Baguio away from the busy city center, I highly recommend this place. The area is peaceful, relaxing, and surrounded by nature, yet still very accessible. We had no trouble booking Grab rides at any time of the day or night, with an average wait time of less than 4 minutes. Cleanliness: The unit was spotless when we arrived. Everything was squeaky clean, fresh, and well-maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. Accuracy: The property was exactly as advertised, if not better. The photos don't fully capture how beautiful the place is in person. The balcony ambiance and view were spectacular and became one of our favorite parts of the stay. Communication: Maryam was an exceptional host. She was very responsive, welcoming, and made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. She provided clear instructions and was always available whenever we had questions. Overall Experience: We highly recommend this place! What made our stay even more special was that it was my partner's birthday, and Maryam graciously agreed to help arrange a simple birthday surprise setup for him. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more memorable. We truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and warm hospitality. We'll definitely be coming back on our next trip to Baguio. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The hotel is located in Camp John Hay, a private, peaceful, and well-guarded community. Although the room is somewhat old, it is very clean and offers a great view from the balcony. Overall, it’s a good choice for those visiting Baguio.

I had a really pleasant stay at Chalet Baguio and would definitely recommend it, especially if you’re looking for a cozy and convenient place in the city. One of the best things about this hotel is its location—it’s close to major spots like Burnham Park and SM Baguio, so getting around was very easy and hassle-free.

highly recommend this hotel, had a great stay overall. room is big enough to cater to four pax with two double bed configuration. staffs are attentive and accommodating. Location is also ideal since taxis or puv are always available around the corner.

立地は最高で、シティプラザまでわずか数歩でした。スタッフは親切でした。 ただし、次の点が気になりました。 ❎ 部屋の廊下は地下にあるため、不気味でした。まるでバンカーのようでした。 ❎ 電話が使えませんでした。スタッフによると、コンセントが抜かれていたとのことでした。 ❎ 唯一の小さなキャビネットが壊れていました。 ❎ ベッドシーツがチクチクしました。 ❎ 扇風機は清潔ではありませんでした。 ❎ 朝食ビュッフェの選択肢が限られていました。本当に限られていました😩 典型的な朝食ビュッフェではありませんでした。

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 清潔なホテルで、部屋は良い香りがしました。チェックイン/チェックアウトもスムーズで、スタッフは親切で温かく迎えてくれました。Wi-Fi接続も良好です。 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 朝食ビュッフェは、料理は美味しいのですが、種類が限られています。豚肉や牛肉ばかりの時もあり、野菜やシーフードもあると良いと思います。*料理もあると嬉しいです。その場で調理してもらうと行列ができてしまうので、ぜひ用意してほしいです。 ⭐️⭐️ 自家用車があれば最高のロケーションです😊 ただ、街の中心部からは少し離れています。タクシーはあまり多くないので、他に選択肢はなく、GRABを予約する必要があります（GRABのタクシー料金は200以上ですが、常連であれば100以下です）。1つ注意すべき点は、ホテルのメインロビーへの上り坂がめまいがするほど急で、運転に慣れていないと螺旋状のスロープが非常に急なので、お互いにぶつからず事故を避けるために、誰かが車の乗り降りを手伝ってくれることを願っています。

The location was good. Several things within walking distance.  The room was decent but has almost like a sewer smell in the bathroom. Wasn’t horrific but you would get a whiff of it from time to time. The windows didn’t lock, which wasn’t the worst thing since we did have bars on the windows. Just had to be sure to didn’t leave anything of value near the window that could get out between the bars.

The view was amazing but the room shower and bathroom were mouldy due to the fan not working. Also the water had issues . The beds were hard also . The staff were pleasant but the breakfast was served cold . Overall I would not stay again until the rooms were refurbished

The hotel and staff were fine . The amenities over the road were excellent. Great restaurants and patisserie. Location was a nightmare to get to and from Baguio centre . But that was mainly due to it being the busiest most unfriendly city in the Philipunes. Not to be recommended to westerners
