Me, my wife and 2 girls (10 and 8) did a last minute stay here and absolutely loved our stay. All the staff were so friendly and helpful

Skied in Saalbach with a friend and stayed in the hotel for four nights. Skiing in Austria every year for many years..... Got a large room on the 3rd floor and since we arrived late night they left us in the room a light dinner which was great an much appreciated.... Pros: - The best location in town; 75 meters from the two main ski lifts. - Large clean room. - Friendly front desk with high responsiveness. Cons: - The main con is the food, breakfast is boring with limited verity ...... - Despite the fact that we booked half board after the first night we decided to eat dinners outside.....and so did many of the hotel's guests... - The staff in the restaurant is not inviting BESIDE the AMAZING GINA that did her best to make us feel welcoming.... thank you Gina. - Old decor both in the lobby and the room.... - The spa is old fashion and not fun enough ..... after a day of skiing... Over all with limited expectation i would recommend the hotel... avoid dinner and expects relative lower value to same price range hotels I have stayed in Austria...

This is our second visit to this excellent hotel. Everything about it is 5 star, the rooms, the excellent food, the pleasant and efficient staff, in particular Daniel in the restaurant who went out of his way to provide the best service.

Eva Village exceeded our expectations on all counts! The vibe in the hotel is warm and welcoming and the service here is better than some 5 star hotels, by the end of the stay we felt like it was home, we didn’t want to leave The room and facilities were a great standard, clean, great shower, hairdryer, comfy beds, loads of storage for all our ski stuff. The spa was perfect after a long day skiing, we loved the views overlooking the mountains from our loungers by the pool Food here was incredible, every evening we had a 5 course meal with a choice of meat, fish, vegan options and the best cheese board I've ever seen! you are given 'your' table for the duration of your stay which was a lovely touch We spent most evenings playing cards in the warm and welcoming lounge bar area, with a great selection of cocktails and really great bar manager Location was perfect, right in the centre of the town, and minutes from the ski lifts up to multiple runs. This was our first time skiing in Austria and we were super impressed by the choice of runs, lifts and the choice of 'huts' to stop for lunch, even a brewery on the top of the Leogang zone I 100% recommend Eva Village hotel and Saalbach, thankyou for an amazing week

Excellent location. Our room was was very nice and spacious with a large comfortable bed. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back.

A beautiful hotel in an excellent location for skiing and the town centre . We unfortunately experienced a few service issues at the front desk and in the restaurant . I won’t detail them on here as it does look like we are in the minority . My husband took a long time filling in the guest survey that was emailed to him on our return and unfortunately the management didn’t even acknowledge his comments , this was disappointing .
