I had a terrible experience during my stay at a Hilton hotel in San Diego. I booked a room for three nights, but the bathroom was far below Hilton’s standards. On the second day, the hot water stopped working, and despite their attempts to fix it for two hours, they were unsuccessful. This forced us to move to a new room without any apology, disrupting our plans and requiring us to reschedule appointments. Additionally, when we returned to the parking lot in the evening, the key didn’t work, and after multiple unsuccessful calls to the help bell, the staff at the lobby hung up on me before I could finish explaining the issue. I am extremely disappointed with the service and will avoid Hilton in the future.
