Every corner of PENTA is picturesque but what stood out is your excellent customer service, accommodating and courteous staff. It didn’t start off good right away because we had issues with the internet but your people went above and beyond to make sure this is rectified asap! Please extend my thanks to Ann who took care of our check in and assisting us during our stay. Thank you Ann! She was a gem! Its she what makes PENTA notch because you’ve got great staff! Keep her ! we will surely comeback.
