I've tried finding an email address 2 b formal with regards 2 a stay i had booked for 2 nights on the 28th - 30th Nov. My partner & I were highly disappointed with the service. 1. I would of expected your hotel 2 b more prepared with the loadshedding. With that said knowing that your rooms are surrounded by pools of water, mosquito solutions should at least be offered. For everyone's health and comfortability. 2. I had requested a fan from the gentleman at the front desk, unfortunately I didn't feel very accommodated. 3. I'm very disappointed with the room given for the amount paid.I want a refund.
