The male receptionist when i arrived was rude with a 'your problem' attitude when they had only recieved a booking for 1 room from ******* when I had booked 2 (and had the documentation to prove it)
These things happen but what really disgusted me was his attitude. There was no effort to resolve the issue and after initially being told there was only one double room available, after i insisted it wasn't suitable, suddently two more singles rooms appeared.
Apart from this, the rooms where tiny and very basic. It was poor even for a 2 star establishment.
