We had a wonderful vacation at this hotel. Especially liked the food and service, everything was at the level of a 5 star hotel, despite the fact that the hotel is actually 4 stars. I would like to thank Oksana for her intentions to know if we are doing well or if we need any help. I would also like to thank Kaya the spa consultant, we developed a friendly relationship and had great conversations every day. Thanks to Kaya we went on a spa program and had a wellness trea**ent. If you like spa, surely contact him and he will find the right program for you. The fitness instructors Ludmila and Lydia helped us stay fit and healthy, we had great fitness workouts, thank you so much, it was fun!

Absolutely amazing week here at the sarigerme park hotel with TUI Blue. I don’t think I’ve ever been on a holiday like it, everything was gorgeous inside and outside the hotel. There is plenty to do on the hotel complex for the whole family. Particular mention to the wonderful Kaya who was so lovely and helpful every day and all the staff who we met over the week. We are planning on coming again next year but for longer!

Hotel, gardens, facilities, beach and restaurants look amazing on the surface!!!! The best is the massages (and I’m a massage therapist so I know what I’m talking about!) and great prices. I had 3 different combinations including Hammam, medical mix and deep tissue. Big shout out to SELMA and BANU. They’ve worked hard at keeping the beach spotless and there are plenty of beds on beach and by pool. The English are about 15-20% of the total, the rest being German and Russian. It’s a great community and we didn’t feel left out. There are more drinks at the bar that have an extra charge than usual and the house wine is basic unless you pay extra. Oat and soya milk is available at every bar for coffee. There is a selection of vegan in the buffet which looks amazing when you first arrive but the 4 deserts are the same every day. The promise of vegan ice cream or sorbet failed. There was never a ‘naughty’ vegan desert. Most of the vegetables contain butter so limited option. There was a vegan section with a chef but had small hot portion and everything else cold. The veg without butter is caked with oil. Everything is bland- hardly any spices and rich with oil. I tried explaining the issue but they didn’t get it. They were so keen to help and were so approachable but couldn't get it right. They need a vegan advisor to show them something exciting. I’m so gutted as this would have been such a highlight but spoiled our holiday. The A La Carte restaurant had one option of vegan was awful so had to go to the buffet to fill up afterwards. The restaurants should have blown us away as there are so many chefs and so much potential. There is a choice of about 40 non vegan desserts and 5 non vegan ice creams. Sports classes start early and continue through the day, large selection and all abilities. Taught in all languages and experienced PTs. I’d love to come back next year but need the vegan food to rapidly improve first.

We transferred to this hotel on the first day of our holiday due to an absolute disaster at the hotel we had originally booked. From the second we stepped into the hotel we were met with staff that couldn't do enough to help- we were lucky enough to be upgraded to villa rooms that overlooked the amazing grounds. The rooms were clean, spacious and had everything we would need. The food was consistently great for every meal and thr cocktails were delicious. Never any issue finding a sunbed or lounge chair on the beach, overall it was an amazing experience. The BBQ was excellent and felt like the hotel really went above and beyond to ensure everyone enjoyed it. Special shout out to Kaya for the recommendations for the spa, my partner loved his massage and to Huseiyn for always greeting us with a smile! Absolutely loved this get away, couldn't ask for anything more!

We had a wonderful vacation here. We have been going to this hotel since 2007 and have never been disappointed, only the most positive emotions. I especially want to mention the hotel team members: Reception Team: Omur, Guven, Kaan, Selda, Nurgihan. Bar Team: Hasbi, Sema, Tacettin, Busra, Semih. Restaurant Team: Murat Karaduman, Sevket, Emine, Serap. Thank you very much!

We arrived at this hotel in the middle of the night about 2:30 am. The reception staff were so welcoming and offered us food and drink from the welcome lounge. We were very quickly booked in and given our room keys and made our way to our rooms. Nothing could have prepared us for the cleanliness of the room,It was spotless. We slept as much as we could and prepared for an early morning to get a sun lounger by the pool, however we needn't have bothered. The hotel and guests are so relaxed that there were empty longers still at 11:00am. Breakfast in the restaurant is 7-11 and is like any other turkish buffet style but is cooked really well with many choices. The staff in the restaurant are amazing and are constantly cleaning tables and helping guests. The whole area of the hotel is so clean it is just a shame some guests feel the need to throw their rubbish on the ground. There is so much to say about this hotel that i could go on all day. It is a perfect hotel with perfect friendly multi lingual staff and we will definitely be returning albeit without our teenage kids. If you kids dont like taking part in kids clubs and teens clubs there isnt alot for them to do as there is no slides but other than that my family could not faulr this hotel grounds and staff. One of the best places I have ever visited with my wife and 4 years old son!!! Staff is very professional, kind and friendly. We were hosted like special guests :) Special thanks to; Ömür from reception, Akan from pool bar, Emine from pool bar.

This was possibly the best holiday I have had. The hotel is stunning, with immaculately looked-after gardens and a backdrop of mountains and forests on one side and a beach and an island on the other. Every area of the hotel was spotlessly clean and the service was fantastic. The staff were all really friendly and listening to them seamlessly switch between English, German, and Turkish when serving different guests was very impressive! The food was some of the best I have had at any hotel and there was always plenty of choice at which ever restaurant you want to eat at. The BBQ in the garden area of the hotel was fantastic and the meal at the Levante restaurant was delicious and the service was amazing. We went in the last week of October, which was the last week of the whole season and the weather was sunny and hot every day (I think we were lucky) and the hotel was also fairly quiet so we never struggled to find a place by the pool or at the beach - and we were a family of 14! The entertainment is definitely the best I have seen on an all inclusive holiday and you wouldn't have known the season was winding down by the energy that all the acts brought to the stage. The ampitheatre is also a nice venue to sit and watch the shows and there was always something going on later at night at the Purple Turtle beach bar. Overall every detail was very well thought through but I do have a few *******/suggestions for improvement. My main issue is that the aircon in our room did not work and we struggled to sleep at night as a result. I reported this on the first day via the TUI Blue app and a few days later at the reception but it was not fixed for the duration of our stay. In fairness to the hotel, we were the only ones out of our group of 14 that had this issue so I think we were unlucky. The other issue is that the cocktail menu needs looking at - this has been mentioned in other reviews and I can see why. A lot of the 'classic' cocktails aren't available on the all-inclusive and you have to pay a supplement to drink them. The cocktails that are included aren't great and I tried a few early in the stay and then stuck to beer and wine! These are very minor issues though and I will definitely be coming back to this hotel next year. Thank you for a fantastic holiday!

It's a great place to go on vacation. The hotel's location is excellent. Thanks to the island, the sea is very calm. The staff is very friendly. The food is plentiful and delicious. Thank you, everybody, for the wonderful memories
