「The definition of the perfect location. Metro line with connection to the airport just 4 minutes away. Every attraction is just within 5 to 12 minutes walking range. Literally. So basically, Sofia is on your feet. The employees were always there to help you with anything you might ask. Clean room with a nice comfy bed, king size, they said, a comfy double bed, I say. Nice buffet for breakfast with a great variety of products. I will definitely come back anytime!!!」

「問題のホテルはソフィア中心部の好立地で、地下鉄、バス、そして手頃な価格のタクシー（Taxi Meアプリのダウンロードをお勧めします）にも近いです。朝食は種類も豊富で、私が通された部屋（902号室）もとても良く、快適なキングサイズのベッドと街の素晴らしい景色が楽しめました。 残念なのは、受付エリアが全く整備されていないことです。1階まで階段を上らなければならないという問題（荷物を持ってエレベーターのない人（高齢者ならなおさら）を想像してみてください）は、さらに厄介です。しかも、受付エリアに着くと、段ボール箱、ソファ、隅に立てかけられた物、そしてビールでよだれを垂らしている人々（スタッフではない）の請求書のフォルダーが目に入ります。ひどい光景です。一瞬、予約をキャンセルして300ユーロの費用を無駄にしようかと考えました。」

「The hotel has a great location in the centre of the city and is great for tourism. Great food in the restaurant for breakfast and throughout the day. Staff in the restaurant and hotel were friendly and helpful. Nice stay for six nights.」

「Had an Amazing experience. The hotel was located right next for the metro station. The staff was friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms were spacious with great facilities like towels, shower gels, kettle and tea, and many other things. Comfortable beds. Very nice breakfast as well with good variety. And the view from the hotel was amazing as you can see in the pictures.」

「This was a great find for travellers. There is a shared bathroom, toilets, kitchen and lounge area. Everything was very clean. We stayed in the deluxe double room that had fantastic views of the city from the balcony. Towels and bedding were included. The property is on the 7th floor opposite the park and is a short distance from the metro station.」

「Hotel is good, service leaves much to be desired. We arrived at the hotel at 2 p.m. and asked on reception if the room is ready (normal check-in at 3 p.m.). The answer was that the room will be ready by check-in time (3 p.m.). We came to the reception at 3 p.m., our room was not ready. The reception lady asked ask to wait 10-15 min. We came to the reception at 15:30, the room was not ready. The lady apologised and asked us to wait 15-20 min maximum. We came at 16:10 - the room was not ready. On my question “when will it be ready?” I’ve got the answer “I don’t know”. I asked the lady to call to the floor responsible/cleaning supervisor and clarify. The answer was “ I already called them, they also don’t know”. I got angry as nobody could tell me when we can expect the room ready. After I applied to their manager, the key was provided to us in 5 min. The room was not so bad, but in the bathroom there was strong sewage smell that stayed in the room for the whole night.」

「It is a very beautiful hotel inside out. What does not make this hotel great is the poor service of at least two sections of the hotel from my personal experience. Number one disappointment is the Beauty Salon. I made an appointment for meniscus at 16:30 on September 22. I showed up on time only to be told by the receptionist that the appointment is at 16:45. I told her that is not true and in fact I confirmed it with her twice. It was apparent that someone cut into the line and from our conversation I know she knew it as well. Yet, she was lying through her teeth that is totally beyond me. The worst was yet to come, I was told when I came down again at 16:45, I had to wait for another 20 minutes. That is the end of the story. Second incident is at the “well known” restaurant Mediterra. To make a long story shot, the Greek style calamari I ordered looked as well as tasted like burned wood log. To the main course “beef cheeks” the only thing I could think about it is what I once tasted on a Lufthansa flight business class section is 10 times better. Other than that I had a very pleasant stay and the receptionists are extremely friendly and helpful. I should also add the location of the hotel is very convenient and has easy access to all the main attractions.」

「A very unique hotel that combines hotel and co-working spaces into one. Room was very spacious, breakfast was good and an easy 15min ride from the airport. Noticed that check in can be done online but also upstairs where is the restaurant.」
