「素晴らしい、美しいホテルです。ビーチのすぐそばです。サービスも最高です。オーガスティーナがアクティビティの手配を手伝ってくれました。部屋は素晴らしく、キングルームを予約し、カバナとバスタブ付きのプライベートな屋上エリアを利用しました。また必ず来たいと思います。」

「Breakfast was incredible - absolute highlight of the trip! Sat on the beach with the best view for brekkie! A fair way out from town but a beautiful stretch of beach! One of the nicest beach areas we saw and we walked along this section of the island a few times in our holiday there - excellent relaxing music & a good atmosphere with no children. Good & friendly service, nice and clean room, only negative was we struggled to find the entrance and had to wait for staff to check in. If you get rain be aware the roads get fairly waterlogged but you can just about navigate this.」

「Expérience déplorable au HM Villas Palapa del Mar. Malgré une réservation confirmée 5 mois à l’avance pour deux lits, l’hôtel a tenté de nous imposer un lit simple à l'arrivée. Le cauchemar logistique a continué le lendemain : Obligés de remballer nos affaires et de les stocker à la réception. Au retour d'excursion à 13h, la chambre n'était pas prête. Après nous avoir demandé de revenir 1h plus tard, on nous a encore imposé 40 minutes d'attente supplémentaires. Comble du manque de respect : nous étions dans la piscine juste devant la chambre et avons constaté qu'aucun personnel n'y était entré durant toute notre attente. La chambre était donc vide alors qu'on nous faisait patienter inutilement. Une gestion des stocks défaillante et un personnel de réception qui manque cruellement de professionnalisme. Le cadre ne compense pas un tel service. Passez votre chemin.」
