ウォーターカラー イン & リゾート(WaterColor Inn & Resort)

We love the Watercolor Inn. The hotel is well done and the rooms are great. The brunch on Saturday and Sunday's at Fish out of Water is awesome. The pools, the beach, the staff are all wonderful. The only problem with this hotel is the beach chair situation. Beach Chairs are not included in your reservation, so if you don't know that, it is extremely disappointing. Be prepared to pay $70/day for 2 chairs and umbrella. We are a party of 3 people, so we would be forced to pay for 4 chairs. Additionally, because the hotel and beach are part of the Watercolor Community beach club, all of the chairs are reserved online for months before your arrival. So good luck booking one online. That basically means you are winging it on the day of, and you should expect to be placed in the very back row if you get a chair at all. They do sell out. This is the type of mess I hate when dealing with hotels and/or cruises. I don't like stressing over chairs. It really ruins my vacation. This was no exception. To avoid the ridiculous fee of $70 and having my son on a towel anyway, we opted for the pool....but it's not the same. We were there for the beach. They really need to create some sort of small hotel guest area seperate from the rest of the community club. You'd expect something more for rooms that cost $700+ /night.

Our stay was amazing! Randy at the front desk was friendly and helpful with recommendations for dining. He went above and beyond our expectations. However, the entire staff seemed to have the same great attitude. In a conversation with the young lady at the bar, i commented that everyone was so friendly. She said it's easy when you love what you do. I don't remember her name, but she had worked at the same restaurant in PC for 6-8 years before coming to WaterColor Inn.

We felt spoiled our whole visit. The facility is super clean….and the room service and fish out of water restaurant was amazing!!! The staff was so kind and works really hard!

We love this place but this year our room was just not clean and housekeeping did not clean it well or change our sheets. The staff is absolutely lovely and WaterColor is magic but we will be trying something different next year.

So close to the shops and restaurants of Seaside, yet you get to enjoy the secluded, less busy experience of Watercolor. The whole experience felt very upscale, while still being family friendly and EVERYONE there (including all guests and residents) were so friendly

The place and area are beautiful. They should reconsider requiring band for guests at the Inn. The room key should be enough

Our stay at Watercolor was perfect! It was everything we had hoped for and more. The property was stunning and the customer service was incredible! Highly recommend.

We highly recommend The Watercolor Inn & Resort. We love the hotel renovations! We have stayed at this hotel for more than 5 years, at least 2 times per year and have never been disappointed! The rooms and the views are excellent. The staff works hard to ensure you are enjoying your visit and in making sure any services are provided to make your vacation more enjoyable.

We enjoyed a very relaxing stay. The staff was very professional and gave great attention to detail. The onsite dining options are terrific and if you venture a short walk from the resort there are several choices to satisfy your tastes. Definitely near the top of our repeat list!!
