I had a hot, uncomfortable disappointed, and we were in utter shocked that the room I booked was not in their system. As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy. My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi. To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark. The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering. Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out. My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. The manager charged me 1500 pesos cash plus 1200 pesos for lunch that I only got to eat two slices of pizza and a couple of bite of nacho beef. I didn't get to have the burritos. The Papabo manager quickly went to pay for their electricity bill after she spoke to the owner. My aunty and me went to the beach. I for sure locked the bedroom and still no electriçity. My son went to 7/11 to charge the iPad. We got back at the hotel at 8:30 or so and the electricity was on and my son also in the in the hotel. Do recognized that the hotel keys was an actual key, and I only have the key with. In my surprised our bedroom door was wide open, our things are scattered on the chair and table. Now, just today at this time, I'm still looking for my necklace that has my Mom piece of earing, my oldest son alligator tooth pendant and my initial pendant A. I'll call the hotel when I finished looking at our things here.Yap, my necklace is missing.

The place has a nice beachfront, but the waves are very strong in the afternoon because it’s near the port. There are also many seaweeds in the area (which is understandable). At night, it’s hard to walk outside because there are no street lights/lamp post so you need a flashlight to reach the road, though it’s not that far. The strong wind makes it hard to relax because the sand blows into your eyes.

このホテルは値段の割にとても気に入っています。基本的なものは揃っています。ボトル入りの水、インスタントコーヒー2杯、歯ブラシ、石鹸、シャンプー。ただし、レシートはありませんが、私たちにとっては大したことではなく、値段を考えると納得できます。さらに重要なのは、ビデスプレーがあることです。500ポンドのデポジットが必要です。Tazza/Tampカフェがすぐ外にあり、他のレストランもあります。ITパークやラホグ周辺が目的地ならロケーションは良いですが、ラッシュアワーには交通量が多いことに注意してください。エアコンは一般的な窓タイプなので、多少の騒音は覚悟してください。騒音に敏感な方には向きません。部屋の大きさは他の部屋と比べてまともで、窓も大きいです。チェックイン時間や滞在期間に応じて特別料金があります。またここに予約すると思います。

同僚とこのホテルに5日間滞在しましたが、最初に出会ったのは不快なものでした。部屋に鍵が付いておらず、ドアを開けると非常に大きな音がして他の人に迷惑をかけ、部屋の写真もウェブサイトに掲載されていたものとは異なっていました。しかし、Kuya Benとフロントの女性2人が親切に別の部屋を用意してくれました。最初の部屋よりも良い部屋だったので良かったです。 良い点: - ホテルの前にセルフランドリーがあり、ジョリビーまで徒歩3分、薬局やお店も近くにあるので、ロケーションはとても便利です。 - スタッフは親切で親切です。 悪い点 - HSKPは、ドアノブに「Do Not Disturb」のサインをつけて部屋を掃除してくれました。親切な心遣いでしたが、セキュリティが不十分だと感じました。ルームコールに出ない場合は、携帯電話でゲストに連絡できます。私たちの大切な持ち物はすべてそこにありました。何も紛失していませんでしたが、ホテルとしては、部屋に入ってゲストの持ち物に触れる前に礼儀正しく電話をするのは必須です。 - 一部の部屋は宣伝通りではなかったので、ウェブサイトの写真を更新すべきです。コンフォートルームにはシャワーエリアのドアカバーが必要です。 - 頼まない限り、基本的なアメニティがありません。タオルは臭いです。部屋には蚊がいます。 いずれにせよ、スタッフの親切さが私たちの補償であり、3つ星ホテルとしては問題ありません。ウェブサイトや部屋を改善し、HSKPに関するより厳格な部屋ポリシーを実施してくれることを願っています。ゲストのセキュリティは、素敵な部屋よりも大きな影響を与えるからです。 :)

ホテルと部屋は清潔で、スタッフも親切です。食事はもっと美味しく、チェーフィングディッシュで温かいままでいられると良いですね。全体的に見て、ロビンソン・ギャラリアに近いので、DFAやその他の政府機関、ピアターミナルへのアクセスも便利です。セブンイレブンも近くにあります。

部屋は快適です。 簡易キッチンがないので、私はそれをアパートと呼ぶことはありません。 スタッフはフレンドリーです。 敷地内のレストランではおいしい料理と飲み物を提供していますが、価格は高すぎます。

空港近くで1〜2泊の短期滞在には素晴らしいホテルです。プールはリフレッシュするのに最適でした。到着した時にはすでに暗く、隣接する道路もほとんど明かりがなかったので、周辺を散策することはありませんでした。そのため、ホテルで夕食を試しました。これは、注文後にスタッフが外部から調達してくるものです。朝食はまあまあでしたが、これも外部から運ばれてくるため、前日に時間を指定して注文する必要があります。プールの周りのエリアは少し散らかっていて、テーブルの上にもいろいろなものが無造作に置かれていました。そのため、タオルで覆って乱雑さを隠しているものもありました。シャワーのお湯が出ないことはあまり気になりませんでした。全体的に、朝食込みの低価格を考えると全く問題なく、小さな欠点には目をつぶることができます。

何時もセブ旅行の時には利用させて頂いてます とても大好きな場所！全てにおいてパーフェクトですね 今回はシャワーの温度も全て良かった とにかくスタッフがとても親切です これからもこのクオリティを保って欲しい これからも宜しくお願いいたします Salamat po

すごく良い格安ホテルです。シングルルームですが、料金はドミトリーのような感じで、必要なものはすべて館内に揃っています。食べ物や飲み物も館内で購入できます。公共交通機関もすぐ近くです。

デラックスルームに着いてとても興奮していました。場所もロビーも素敵だったのですが、部屋は期待していたほど清潔で快適ではなく、とてもがっかりしました（写真と実物は違います）。到着後、キーカードの故障、シャワーの故障、エアコンの音が大きいため、エグゼクティブルームにアップグレードしました。とても古くて汚いので、写真が元の状態に戻ってくれると嬉しいです :( でも、親切なスタッフの方々には感謝しています！
