AAina M. L. LoronaI had a hot, uncomfortable disappointed, and we were in utter shocked that the room I booked was not in their system. As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy.
My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi.
To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark.
The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering.
Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out.
My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. The manager charged me 1500 pesos cash plus 1200 pesos for lunch that I only got to eat two slices of pizza and a couple of bite of nacho beef. I didn't get to have the burritos. The Papabo manager quickly went to pay for their electricity bill after she spoke to the owner.
My aunty and me went to the beach. I for sure locked the bedroom and still no electriçity. My son went to 7/11 to charge the iPad. We got back at the hotel at 8:30 or so and the electricity was on and my son also in the in the hotel. Do recognized that the hotel keys was an actual key, and I only have the key with. In my surprised our bedroom door was wide open, our things are scattered on the chair and table. Now, just today at this time, I'm still looking for my necklace that has my Mom piece of earing, my oldest son alligator tooth pendant and my initial pendant A.
I'll call the hotel when I finished looking at our things here.Yap, my necklace is missing.

匿匿名ユーザーこのホテルは値段の割にとても気に入っています。基本的なものは揃っています。ボトル入りの水、インスタントコーヒー2杯、歯ブラシ、石鹸、シャンプー。ただし、レシートはありませんが、私たちにとっては大したことではなく、値段を考えると納得できます。さらに重要なのは、ビデスプレーがあることです。500ポンドのデポジットが必要です。Tazza/Tampカフェがすぐ外にあり、他のレストランもあります。ITパークやラホグ周辺が目的地ならロケーションは良いですが、ラッシュアワーには交通量が多いことに注意してください。エアコンは一般的な窓タイプなので、多少の騒音は覚悟してください。騒音に敏感な方には向きません。部屋の大きさは他の部屋と比べてまともで、窓も大きいです。チェックイン時間や滞在期間に応じて特別料金があります。またここに予約すると思います。

ZZilongduichangホテルは悪くないです。全体的には比較的新しいです。隣には中華料理店もたくさんあるので食事にも便利です。部屋を選ぶときは、道路に近い部屋は選ばないようにしてください。ここの窓はすべて単層ガラスで防音ではありません。夜になるとバイクのクラクションの音がとてもうるさいです。

The rooms and facilities were also top-notch – clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
This place exceeded our expectations in every possible way. If you're looking for the perfect beach escape with great food, excellent service, and a peaceful atmosphere, Anaya Beach Resort is the place to be. Highly recommended for families, groups, or even solo travelers who want a beautiful, worry-free beach vacation.

匿匿名ユーザー同僚とこのホテルに5日間滞在しましたが、最初に出会ったのは不快なものでした。部屋に鍵が付いておらず、ドアを開けると非常に大きな音がして他の人に迷惑をかけ、部屋の写真もウェブサイトに掲載されていたものとは異なっていました。しかし、Kuya Benとフロントの女性2人が親切に別の部屋を用意してくれました。最初の部屋よりも良い部屋だったので良かったです。
良い点:
- ホテルの前にセルフランドリーがあり、ジョリビーまで徒歩3分、薬局やお店も近くにあるので、ロケーションはとても便利です。
- スタッフは親切で親切です。
悪い点
- HSKPは、ドアノブに「Do Not Disturb」のサインをつけて部屋を掃除してくれました。親切な心遣いでしたが、セキュリティが不十分だと感じました。ルームコールに出ない場合は、携帯電話でゲストに連絡できます。私たちの大切な持ち物はすべてそこにありました。何も紛失していませんでしたが、ホテルとしては、部屋に入ってゲストの持ち物に触れる前に礼儀正しく電話をするのは必須です。
- 一部の部屋は宣伝通りではなかったので、ウェブサイトの写真を更新すべきです。コンフォートルームにはシャワーエリアのドアカバーが必要です。
- 頼まない限り、基本的なアメニティがありません。タオルは臭いです。部屋には蚊がいます。
いずれにせよ、スタッフの親切さが私たちの補償であり、3つ星ホテルとしては問題ありません。ウェブサイトや部屋を改善し、HSKPに関するより厳格な部屋ポリシーを実施してくれることを願っています。ゲストのセキュリティは、素敵な部屋よりも大きな影響を与えるからです。 :)

ゲゲスト他の方の口コミを読んで虫が出るのかと心配していましたが、全**んなことはなくとても綺麗で快適に過ごせました！
クーラーもしっかり効きます！
ただ、お風呂の排水が変わった構造なので洗面所まで浸水しました（笑）
サンダルがあれば大丈夫です。
お部屋も広くて景色も良くて、快適に過ごせました！

ТТатьянаЕ私たちは 5 泊滞在しましたが、素晴らしいホテルスタッフについて強調したいと思います。親切で礼儀正しく、どんな問題にも喜んで対応してくれました。私たちが数日間自転車をレンタルしている間、彼らは私たちの荷物（私たちダイバーはかなり荷物が多いです）の問題を解決するのを手伝ってくれました。彼らに心から感謝します!
ホテル内の全てが清潔で整然としています。部屋には小さな欠陥があるだけです。服をかけるハンガーが足りなかったので、たくさんのものを床に置かなければなりませんでした。トイレに便座がありませんでした。そしてお湯も出ませんでした。日中は水は太陽によってすでに温められています。朝は洗濯するには寒すぎました。それ以外の場合は、その価格カテゴリに対応します。
島を一周した後は必ずまた来ます 🙂

パートナーと私はこのホテルに約1週間滞在しましたが、全体的に素晴らしい滞在となりました。部屋は2人で泊まるには十分な広さがあり、小さな家族でも快適に過ごせました。大きなベッドはぐっすり眠るのに最適で、エアコンもよく効いて滞在中涼しく過ごせました。
バスルームは清潔でしたが、シャワーヘッドに少し問題がありました。最初は黒い粒子が出てきましたが、すぐに対応してくれました。また、初日は少し古臭い匂いがしましたが、建物が少し古いせいかもしれません。それでも、料金と部屋の広さを考えると、間違いなくお得です。
毎日のハウスキーピングサービスには感謝しています。スタッフが部屋を片付け、ゴミを回収してくれたので、滞在中ずっと清潔に保たれました。魔法瓶がない場合は、午前7時からキッチンスタッフにお湯をリクエストでき、心遣いが感じられました。
ホテルのスタッフは皆、常にフレンドリーで親切で、必要なことなら何でも快く対応してくれました。まさに滞在中のハイライトと言えるでしょう。立地も便利で、セブンイレブンや複数のお店が近くにあります（ただし、夜は早く閉まるお店もあります）。地元の料理を味わいたい方は、ホテルのすぐ外で夜になると本格的なフィリピン風バーベキューを楽しめます。徒歩圏内にもレストランがたくさんあります。
全体的に、リラックスして快適に過ごせました。またぜひ利用したいと思っています。お手頃価格で居心地の良い宿泊施設をお探しのカップルやファミリーに、強くお勧めします！

ゲゲストThe reception was already unfriendly. The bungalow was relatively poorly equipped, the remote control for the air conditioning was faulty, low water pressure in the shower, no pool towels, no toiletries apart from a microscopic bar of soap. The view of the countryside was beautiful, but we had already enjoyed it extensively on our three-hour drive from Dalaguete. The grilled fish was killed twice, once by the fisherman's hand and once by its stay in the freezer for several months. The vegetable soup tasted of nothing, actually, just like the fish, inedible. We were not asked for drinks and the water, which we were allowed to fetch ourselves from a dispenser, was a good 30° warm. There were no other guests, the musicless dinner, bathed in the glaring light of the CCTV, gave the impression of a graveyard - completely desolate. We were charged 1200 pesos for this outrage. The impression of poor gastronomic service continued seamlessly at breakfast and culminated in the impertinence of wanting to charge 50 pesos for a second cup of coffee. We had booked for three nights and paid 21.1 Kpesos. I've never had worse value for money in seven months in the Philippines! After the first night, we packed our bags and left the resort. I will refrain from praising the beautiful pool or the great view due to the miserable overall performance. No recommendation.
