「Расположение очень хорошее, несмотря что от пляжа далеко. Мы были на машине и у низ есть место для парковки. Вообщем, он находится на высотк и открывается вид на весь олюдениз. Минус: в первом номере каторый нам дале не работал кондиционер, и ванная комната была в плохом состоянии, да и сам номер уже под устал. Мы попросили поменять номер и нам его поменяли, номер был гораздо лучше с новым кондиционером и ванной комнатой. Видно что они в процессе обновления нлмеров. Желаю им скорее обновить все номера и сделать отель красивым и уютным. Отель был один из самых дешевых на тот момент в Одюденизе. Цена и качество соответствует.」

「We had a very poor experience at this property due to the lack of hot water for shower. Despite leaving the shower running for an extended period, the water remained cold. We were unable to bathe both the night of our stay and the following morning. Staff attended at 9am, acknowledged the issue, and mentioned that a technician would be arranged. However, no one followed up and the problem was never resolved. We had specifically booked a room with a bathtub, which we were unable to use because of this issue. Hot water is a basic requirement of any accommodation, and the failure to provide it caused clear inconvenience and disrupted our trip. What was most ridiculous was the response afterward. The hotel stated that the system “operates within a safe and controlled range to ensure guest safety and prevent excessively high temperatures,” and that no adjustments could be made. This explanation is not acceptable. I have stayed in many accommodations, and none had issues providing reasonably hot water. Are they suggesting that every other property operates at unsafe levels? I was not asking for boiling water, just water that is properly hot for a shower. This they could not provide. Shame on their response. This justification is invalid and frankly quite ridiculous, and does not reflect the actual issue we experienced. Based on their poor service recovery, I will not recommend based on this experience.」
