Cant imagine to live in a place with such package in paris. Complete set of utensils and big room under a low price range.

Where do I start. After travelling nearly 10 hours by car from home and finally getting to the hotel we reached around 7/8pm checked in for our 4 night stay. Went out to grab food from a local restaurant and as we got to our room walking through the hallway this metal grill fell of the wall and onto my foot… my foot started stinging quite bad and we called the receptionist who then came and saw the situation and realised this grill wasn’t screwed into the wall the screws were missing I took my shoe and sock off in front of her and she saw how my foot had swollen quite bad She then ran down and got ointment came to my room and told me to keep it till end of my trip. Next morning soon as I came down they were nice asking how I felt and she could see I was limping slightly but we had bought the Paris pass and had things booked for each I couldn’t ruin my kids holiday. They also advised as it was Sunday the general manager would like to speak to me on Monday as he was aware of the situation On Tuesday whilst out I was getting calls and emails from the hotel. Got back and the manager was chasing me wanting to speak We had a sit down and chat and they felt bad about what happened “good service” I thought He then offered me a partial refund of my stay which I thought was nice seeing as the Paris pass had cost me over £300 and I couldn’t do half the things we had booked Next day on checkout the “issued” the refund and would take a few days Couple days later after checking my acc just over half the amount that was agreed had gone through I emailed the general manager on the same email he sent me, it came back rejected I wrote a separate email- no reply I’ve now gone down the complaints route and if not resolved will be taking legal action RESPOND I will happily change my review if you stick to what you promise

2月にこのホテルに2泊しました。到着した瞬間から、受け取ったサービスは素晴らしかったです。レセプションのNorbuは、テイクアウトを注文したときに眼鏡、プレート、カトラリー&サービエットのトレイを提供しても特に役に立ちました。部屋は基本的でしたが、とてもきれいでした&朝食は新鮮で豊富でした。このホテルをお勧めします。

とてもお得な料金で、静かで快適です。部屋は広く、ビジネスに適しています。近くにスーパーマーケットがあり、公園にとても近く、とても良いです。みんなに住むことをお勧めします。朝食はOKです。

Jardin de Saint Cloudは期待を上回りました!予約するとき、セントラルパリから遠く離れているというレビューを読んでいましたが、それは本当です-それはセントクラウドにあります。だからそれが懸念であるならば、それは適していないかもしれません。しかし、それは私たちにとって完璧でした!私たちはセントクラウドの友人を訪ねていました。ジャルダンは、パリ中心部への公共交通機関を利用することを許可しました。T2の向かいにあり、Mラインの1つまで歩いて、Lまで非常に急な散歩です。毎朝市内での活動に簡単にアクセスし、毎午後に戻って友達と夜を過ごしました。部屋は清潔で、予想よりもはるかに広としていました(スイートを予約しました)。プールは9歳の子供に最適で、朝食は楽しかったです。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした!幸運にもフランスに戻り、再び友達を訪ねることができれば、ここで100%予約します!

従業員のほとんどは英語が話せませんが、親切にゲストを扱います。言葉がよくない通じも私の問題を解決するために一生懸命助けました。0階に電子レンジがあるので簡単食を買って直接食事を解決することができ、真向かいにパン屋、中国食堂があって便利でした。徒歩5分以内に蝶と交通カードを購入することができる店と果物店、スーパーマーケット、薬局があります! 宿泊施設とエレベーターが狭いが価格が他のホテルに比べて安いので、短く泊まるなら大丈夫よ!

このホテルは素晴らしかった。スタッフはとても親切でフレンドリーでした。私はたくさんの質問をしましたが、彼らは喜んで助けてくれました。私は歓迎され、安全だと感じました。私は間違いなくこのホテルをお勧めします、そして私は間違いなくそれらを再び使用します。お金とクリーンルームの価値。非常に高い水準と素晴らしいスタッフありがとう。

素敵なホテル、フレンドリーなスタッフ。部屋は良いサイズで、エアコンは素晴らしく、涼しく、夜の睡眠に役立ちました。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーでした。場所はローランドガロスまで歩いて行くことができます。朝食はかなり良かった、まともな選択、新鮮なオレンジジュース。バーは非常に基本的で、11時に閉店したと思いますが、バーのスタッフは素晴らしかったです。私は心配せずに再びここに滞在します。一つの要求:ベッド枕をしっかりと持ってきてください。柔らかすぎて、私には柔らかすぎます。ありがとう、スティーブン

L'appartement avait la moquette sale, la vaisselle était collante, le lave vaisselle pas totalement vidé, beaucoup de poussière sur les meubles (pieds de table, et chaises, télé), il manquait de la vaisselle, appartement mal insonorisé : on entend le voisin qui met la télé, les talons de la personne de l'accueil, les fêtes étudiantes de la résidence étudiante voisine. On avait l'appartement en rez de jardin, sous le rez de chaussée . Un volet roulant aurait pu être installé pour plus de sécurité à ce niveau. l'aspirateur était plein, avec du moisi la résidence est pourtant assez neuve accueil correct sans plus on a signalé une ampoule grillée qui a été changée dans la journée: merci à l'agent de maintenance

部屋はとても狭く、香港のホテルと喧嘩がありますが、とてもきれいですが、音はあまり良くありません。隣に数人のインディアンがいて、3つのスピーチが大音量です。近くで便利です
