Location wise good, Service good but cleanliness bad. Hotel old and need refurbished or major renovation

new management is horrible. stay away from this woman. she doesn't care about you. I booked their best suite. they gave me room 2009. air conditioner is broken they moved me to 1911 the air conditioner and the refrigerator were both broken then they made me move so a small room where there was no soap. lastly I had to pay for parking. this used to be my favorite hotel in shajing. I will never book here again

Near to MRT and shopping mall

the hotel's location is really accesible to everything. my stay was all fine, except they got no coffeeeeeee! 🙄😭🙈 but the receptionist in the lobby and the bell man were all accomodating. thank you! PS: you guys might want to check your beddings, i saw one tick last night eewwwww

之前會喜歡住這裏，是考慮交通與價格的信價比高，這次因為衞生服務後，牙刷、毛巾用品都沒放向前台反應，結果…被非常可惡的前台反質疑是不是我自己拿去給我朋友用了？妳們自己不先去查詢與確認情況，第一時間竟然去懷疑客人，這是什麼道理呢？ 服務：太差勁了👎🏻… 設施：門口的停車場可以停車，但是，如果在攜程下單，不可以免停車費……真的太有趣了…… 下單前請謹慎思孝．

酒店比較舊, 衛生環境一般, 好處是近車站, 位置好找, 因為樓層較高, 晚上十分寧靜, 很好入睡, 附近有大型商場, 很多餐廳, 樓下就是KTV, 玩樂很方便

設施：有茶具茶盤， 衞生：很乾凈整潔 環境：周邊吃的很多、有商超、對面有書城 服務：還不錯👍有大叔幫忙拿行李。 大堂有香味 很好聞 不淡不濃

真的是無語了完全就是個**酒店 臟 亂差 一夜沒有不敢睡 衣服都沒有脱 門也是壞的 直接是無語了 攜程現在你是賺錢沒有下線了嘛

上次住還不錯，這次很差，第一天入住，房間有其他客人的充電器，其他客人的襪子，衞生間漏水，早上睡醒地上還有死蟑螂，後面換了間房，下次不會再住了。

很滿意的一次入住，酒店房間很温馨，房間裏面有智能小度控制開關，前台大鵝很貼心，幫忙升級了房型，有機會下次還會來入住。

住過太多次了，這次住的是65m平方的房，反而讓我我感覺不好，太熱，設施老舊.., 下次我覺得住回最基本的標準房就好…
