Very nice ambience and very nice behaviour of staff Teerath bhai and Omprakash Amit Palak Balveer samridhhi , they all cooperate in the comfortable stay and very delightfull service and hospitality . We are very happy and lucky that we stay in sterling legacy shimla .. Great time and great effort 👌

Teerath and team serves us well in our stay in hotel. Hotel is located in main mall. Hotel is good btw if you are planning to visit the shimla in june. It's not a separated property but a valued one. Staff is good and much courteous about well being for their guest. We enjoy being in shimla this time. Shimla is not crowded like before but it's thik thak. THank you hotel for your lovely service. We will visit you all again

It was pleasant experience throughout our stay in the valuable legacy. We were best serve by f&b team for good experience. Teerath, Amit, Om prakash, palak, balvir has done very vast good job in serving us in breakfast and dinner time. Will be back in december .. will see u all. 👍

We arr visiting Shimla after some years. The first and best thing to mention is the SERVICE and OTHER FACILITIES at Sterling Legacy. We enjoyed our stay and ll repeat our visit to Shimla soon. Room service and all other services are the best. .

Superb hospitality, all the hotel members greet us with the smile rooms were superbly comfortable plus they provided us pastry cakes on my daughter birthday and make us feel special great hospitality by samrity mam , teerath Singh and all staff member s plus go for premium rooms as they are superbly comfortable

Excellent location right in front of the tourism lift. No need for porters, Neat rooms and friendly staff. Decent Breakfast spread. We took the Deluxe rooms. It was very good, comparable to a lemontree or Royal Orchid. The staff namely Palak, Teerath, Amit, Om Prakash, Samriti, Akrant, Chef Jagdev, Jagjit were all fantastic, very warm and always willing to help The views are fantastic..

The property is not at par with the stated price. The services were also ok, not that great. I would not recommend this property to anyone at all.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. Here are some of key points from my side: 1-The room was spacious and immaculately clean. 2-The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Mr. Bratu Thakur, Mr. Teerath Singh Rawat and Mr. BD Sharma made our stay perfect with their on time presence to all of our requests. 3-The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and the on-site restaurant served excellent cuisine. 4-Location is just in front of lift and near to The Mall. Highly recommend.

hotel is on walking distance from mall road and near to Lift. hotel staff is very helpfull, specially at the breakfast time , if you ask them provide instant baked food , they will provide your that. Breakfast and food was very good, 5 Star.
