I had dinner today at this establishment with a family member. We ordered two roast beef dinners, which cost around €16 each. I regret to have to say they were the two poorest dinners ever presented to me in any restaurant, either in this country, or abroad. The dinner consisted of two mashed potato, covered with two of the thinnest slices of beef, I have ever seen in my life. They were like two slices of ham, covered in gravy, served on a big plate, with a small side dish of vegetables between the two of us. I honestly don’t know how the chef did not cut the fingers off himself, when he was carving these slices of beef, they were cut so thin. I would not recommend going to this establishment for dinner, if you are hungry, as you will leave disappointed. Needless to say, I will not be returning here anytime soon for dinner.

Welcoming, well-run small hotel with a lot of charm. Located on the main street of Tubbercurry, which made visiting just about everything you'd want to see or do very convenient (I traveled without a car: Iwalked and took the bus to Sligo Town). Staff was wonderful in their care, thoughtful service, the information they provided, and warm welcome. There's a busy restaurant on the hotel's ground floor with a wide-ranging menu. The food was excellent (fresh, varied, interesting), exceeding my expectations. A good number of plant-based options, including a terrific 'full vegan' breakfast, a vegan burger, and a great Thai-inspired curry. One note: my room faced the main street, which was good for knowing what was going on in town, but it's a busy road. If you're a light sleeper or just want a quieter location, I'd suggest asking for a room in another part of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Another fantastic break at this family run hotel. They go out of their way to make every guest welcome. The food is first rate and the rooms are lovely. I can't recommend them enough. We have stayed here so many times and will continue to stay there everytime we visit Ireland.

The hotel room photos are flattering, the bathrooms are in need to updating and the furniture in the bedrooms could do with a bit of TLC. The food in the bar was excellent, breakfast was superb and so were the evening meals. The staff were very good.

Solid 3* hotel - stayed 4 nights with family (kids 13/16). Room basic but cleaned daily and worked for us. Location excellent for exploring Sligo and surrounding area. Ate in restaurant one night and food all round good. Bar was great and prices very reasonable (pint Guinness and glass wine €12.50). Breakfast went down very well each day and staff always accommodated our different requirements (extra hash browns and sausages being ordered in abundance :-)) Location great for buying extra food with Spar literally next door and off licence + SuperValu literally a stones throw. Take-aways possible! Minor point but our room was above the bar area and the live music was loud for 3 of our 4 evenings. Just be sure to mention that you want a quieter room when booking. Main stand-out for the stay were the staff and how warm and welcome they made us feel. We felt part of the establishment and not extras! Thank you to all!
