So to start with got the candle light dinner done for my partner. But they did much much beyond that. It was perfect and lovely in every sense. Gave the best service indeed amd the staff is very very good. Had one of the best nights of my life. Forever thankful to winnies resort and spa♥️

The experience of the resort was amazing. Room experience is also good ***** with the balcony. Also , the food quality is very good . Ambience was excellent and good service from the staff . Dine in experience was up to the mark. The enjoyable thing is of the Golf cart service which gives drop and pick up service at any time.

Staff was very helpful and cooperative.Even when we reached hotel at midnight..they were there to help us with everything.Specially Neha from housekeeping did a fantastic job of deep cleaning out room.It was fantastic experience to be a part of such thrilling and breathe taking property

Good hospitality! Nice and warm stay.I recommend for this hotel to everyone. Went with my friends had great experience of ambience with great staff and big parking space availability. It's very near to kasauli mall Road. Food taste was excellent.

Very good Good cleaning serves Neha from house keeping department very nice girl, I friendlyprofessional always ready to help . Holiday resort fresh well prepared and full of full of flowers and wonderful dinning experience. Excellent service and well maintained service the staff is worn and welcoming ,ensuring a comfortable stay .food clean room and relaxing atmosphere highly recommend special thanks to housekeeping team.

Stomach infection after dinner ordered in the room, couldn’t sleep all night .. Luckily next day was our return to home otherwise This could spoil our whole family vacation. We stayed at the hotel for our entire short trip. We had lunch at the restaurant and the food was nice. But the dinner we ordered had some issue , me and my wife had gastric problems after the dinner. First and Last visit to this property

A fabulous resort , with a great team of staff behind it. Food was individually prepared to specific requests and dietary restrictions. Good walks from the hotel. As our visit fell during a chilly period we were able to relax, perfect place for chill,। Highly recommended for a relaxing stay

Good location, amazing service. Very nice view from the room. Resort had many extra curricular activities to do. All in all, great experience. The room was very cozy and all the amenities were working fine. Housekeeping took extra special care and were available 24*7
