Fantastic hotel,,,staff were amazing at pool bar,,,reception,,and at breakfast,,,hotel near a beach and bars ,,,10 min walk to marina,,can't fault anything,,,would highly recommend this hotel ,,,a bus trip is recommended to the port of ciutadella 4 euro for return trip ,,with a visit ,,also near the marina is a lighthouse with a restaurant and bar ,,really worth a visit you can see majorca from there ,,,the meals are amazing a bit expensive but worth it ,,,the marina has loads of bars and restaurants,,we had a Chinese which was lovely ,,had another meal at a fish restaurant,,sea bass cooked in salt ,,,truly amazing.

Loved everything about it. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Karla on reception desk. The facilities were great, especially the pools. The location was perfect. A short nature walk to the lovely beach. The breakfast was very nice with lots of choice. The hotel rooms were clean and well equipped. The hotel grounds and layout were lovely. Very spacious and set in beautiful grounds with lots of flowers and trees and greenery. My family and I were very happy with our 5 days there.

From the minute we arrived at the airport we were looked after. The coach was there ready, air conditioned and driver navigated everything well. The hotel lobby is so inviting, clean, well maintained, reception very helpful as were all the staff on site, very friendly. Apartment was cool, clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Highlights were it was 2 minute walk to beach, supermarket, restaurant, the swimming pool was heaven, lots of seating, breakfast was plentiful, literally everything you can think of. The grounds are gorgeous, well maintained, clean and easy to get around. The only thing I would change would be the mattresses, they were hard and not at all comfortable but that is the only thing.

Just returned from a fabulous 11 night holiday at Playa club Menorca. The set up of the accommodation and the grounds were very picturesque. The room was looking out over lush grounds and trees, and was very spacious. Staff were very accommodating. The pool area was very nice, plenty of space between sunbeds, and always lots choose from, whatever time of day. Will definitely be returning!!!

We enjoyed a fantastic family holiday at the Playa. Great rooms, great complex,great grounds,and fantastic staff. The breakfast choice was superb. Plenty of tables for breakfast never busy just a relaxed atmosphere all the time we were there. The pool is large and sunbeds a plenty. The cleaning staff were very efficient and very friendly, as all the staff were. Would definitely recommend this resort and would give it 10/10. Give it a try you not be disappointed!

Ok. The positives. It’s a lovely hotel. Grounds are immaculate. Pool is 5 star. Rooms are a little old fashioned but we don’t mind that. Only gripe is that the bathrooms do need modernising and the beds are very hard. Staff wonderfully attentive. The negatives. The food is woeful at times. Breakfast when we arrived was pretty good but as the hotel got busier standards slipped dramatically. No apple juice for an entire week. Bacon turned into some sort of fatty preformed rubbish. Absolutely disgusting. Fruit mouldy or never replaced. Bread stale. Dinner. Twice we were served chicken that was raw in the middle (from grilling station), also the cook was using the same tongs to handle raw and cooked meat. All was reported to a rather uninterested manager. Quality of the food isn’t great. Except pizzas. They were good. Pool bar blows hot and cold. Lots of mistakes when ordering food. Stale bread served for sandwiches. In my opinion this isn’t a 4 star hotel. It’s a good 3 star but needs lots of improvements. I just get the feeling they are cost cutting. And it shows.
