このホテルに泊まるのは2回目ですが、やはりジムはとても良く、部屋のデザインもとても良く、朝食も美味しいです。場所も市内中心部ですが、いくつか欠点があり、タオルが臭かったり、部屋の水筒の口に何かベタベタしたような感じがありました。

We did’n like the scent of the air freshener used in the room which is lemongrass scented. It smells sour taste and not fresh feeling. Even the bodywash shampoo conditioner and handwash are lemongrass based too. And doesnt smell as fresh and delicate as the usual 5 star hotel. Quite disapointing.

super good and clean hotel. especially the breakfast which is fantastic. hotel services are good as well. rooms are big and comes with a big toilet. highly recommended

The location is good, very convenient. The breakfast and hotel service ( both reception counter and in the Cafe ) is also highly commendable.

The Alila team and their hotel is very good. This trip my stay is for 9 nights but with one night away within the total stay. At reception, Clara and Muti are quite patient and helpful, along with their colleagues like Serena. Concierge team does a great job--apparently led by Adi. Team leader Clara always goes above and way beyond in helping me. So I can say that the staff make staying at the Alila SCBD a pleasure. The rooms are quite nice and well appointed. The reception team will try to get you into a room that fits your preferences (I like a quiet room). The exercise room is spacious and well equipped and the men's changing room has both a steam room and sauna (which seems on the cold side but works). The food in Vong is quite good and the wait staff in the Vong restaurant have been very nice to me (I'm sorry I don't write their names down!). They and Chef Matt are very helpful with my food allergy.

We had a lovely stay at Alila SCBD. The rooms are mordern, clean & spacious. Not to mention the wonderful concierge Kaisar & Adikara that helped us with our logistics and advised us on the best places to visit in Jakarta. We can't wait to come back.

Booked this hotel as it is located near my meetings venue and about 35-45 minutes from airport (decent traffic condition). The whole experience was great and very happy with the selection. Service was great, room is big and nicely done up. Didn't get the chance to dine there but the review on the food was good. Looking forward for the next stay.

Very happy with my two night stay at Alila. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty with a good range of options. The hotel is well located, has an excellent gym and a small pool for a pre-breakfast swim.

Everything about this stay was wonderful: check in staff were prompt and efficient, room was clean and very comfortable, attentive bar & restaurant staff went beyond their duties to provide a memorable dining experience.

Amazing rooms, hotel and people who are working there. I constantly travel and been to a lot of 5 star hotels all over the world and in Jakarta, but this was one of the best. They pay attention to the smallest details and making your stay as pleasant as possible! Thank you so much for taking care of me! I will come back!

I stay at this hotel frequently for work, and every time I arrive Adi greets me at my taxi with a warm smile and a kind word - no matter what hour of day/night. The whole team is equally kind and helpful. The hotel itself is gorgeous and comfortable - a perfect temporary home for business or leisure. Highly recommend.
