コンフォート スイーツ サウスヘブン I-55(Comfort Suites Southaven I-55)

This is our goto hotel if we have an extra early flight out of Memphis. Just minutes from the airport and no traffic early in the morning. Thanks again for a great stay!

We asked for two queen beds, but they refused to change it since we booked through you. That is not right. Also, I asked for extra towels and was told that enough was in each room and they again refused to give me any. A previous stay the breakfast wasn't available because no one showed up to fix it. My family has always stayed here out of habit mostly. And when I’m traveling alone, I stay here because I’m most familiar with it and the area. The rooms are nice sized, but over the years, I’ve begun to see some wear and tear, especially in the bathrooms. This time, I’ve noticed the mattresses look more worn. Overall, it’s fine for a night or two, but the rooms could use some updating.

The lady working nights was very professional and helpful but the first room they put me in was nasty but they did move me. The new room didn’t have working bulbs in most lights. Just not what I expected for the price

Nice hotel, could stand some upgrades, electric outlets, usb ports,breakfast could have a little more variety. Overall it was a nice stay. The employees were nice and helpful. I would not mind going back to this hotel again.

Please replace the bathroom fan Room 303. It was very noisy. We had to ask for towels and supplies during our stay everyday.

Only thing that I would like to see different is an additional elevator for the staff to use. Things get pretty congested when staff and visitors are using the same one.

Make sure you know the location to enter the parking lot. Stayed at this location 3 times. Very safe and near shopping and dining. Goodman Road is congested 6am-9pm.

On this trip I booked two rooms while my family booked one. Their handicap room had dirty sheets so they had to wait for another room, then they were switched to a non handicap room, then back to their handicap room after it had been cleaned. Also not sure if they should have a regular shower in the handicap room, my family chose this room due to their knee issues. The first room I personally booked just had a tv issue, which I didn’t report because I didn’t want to move to a different floor. Next was the second room I booked which smelled of ****, had the tissue handle ripped out of the wall and the comforter was ripped. The beds were too hard to sleep on as well as the couch and the pillows were too soft. The breakfast was okay besides the broken glass door where the juice and coffee station was, but it was just simple breakfast nothing special. The elevator didn’t have a certification sign, the panel looked to be ripped out and it just looked unclean. This location is better than the comfort hotel near by but I would definitely not stay here again.
