「We stayed one night and had a very comfortable stay. The beds were large doubles, and the room was clean and well equipped with a hair dryer, coffee and tea, and toiletries. The staff were welcoming and friendly. As we couldn’t book two consecutive nights, we left our luggage the day before as we were arriving around midnight, and the staff were happy to accommodate this, which we appreciated. The location is very central and within easy walking distance of the city centre. There is also a bar with live music next to the lobby, which creates a nice atmosphere. The only downside was some noise at night from doors banging as people entered their rooms.」

「As I was going to be leaving from the Parklands Train Terminal early in the morning this hotel was perfectly situated for my trip. Although I wasn't at the hotel for very long only about 12hrs overnight it was a good location and the room faced the parking so meant it was quieter as well and didn't get the hot afternoon sun either. I would say though there was no pricelist I could find for the mini-bar, not that I used it was only thinking of grabbing some cold water that was in the fridge. The one thing I wasn't a fan was the spa tub/shower combo. The jets need a serious clean all around them but then even standing in it meant anyone tall as in 6'5” plus may have to bend down. I would think they should rip out the spa tub and put in a nicer rain shower shower stall instead maybe just provide spa tubs in rooms that you can also put a shower stall into. I'd stay here again mainly for the location as it's also right across the street from the big park area which was fantastic to walk around on a warm evening after dinner at the pub up the street.」

「There is a massive crack in the foot[ath where we stayed hwich went up to the car park and had lifted part of the concrete, not ideal for a vision impaired person to manipulate, and there were aware I had vision issues amd mobility issues. Also the floor of the room was not completely flat, there was like a small hill across the middle of the room. can't fault anything else :)」
