「Great view, decent service and location however I was put in the room next to the lifts and was kept awake/woken up for a large portion of the night until late, and early in the mornings on both nights of my stay. Complained at reception however they weren’t much help nor did they offer a discount on my stay. Very disappointed - otherwise great just make sure they don’t put you next to the noisy elevators!」

「Stayed 3 nights , had 2 nights booked and decided to book a day early , unfortunately they could not give us the same twin room , so we settled on the king Riverview room. The staff were great accommodated the situation with no fuss taking our bags for.the short window between transfer of rooms. They really looked after us as we went out however as.mentioned they quickly got the room ready. The rooms are spacious clean have a great outlook and bathrooms are well designed and the decor is wonderful Hard to fault really , the spa, sauna steam room and a good gym. Maybe the pool which is more than sufficient, but hard to do laps if that is your thing Location next to the station , great , stadium a short walk Excellent」
