ゲゲストNous avons beaucoup apprécié le cadre, les buffets étaient très appréciés du point de vue de la nourriture, qualité et diversité. Manger avec la vue sur l’océan a été très appréciable. Le personnel très présent et bienveillant, ainsi que d’une grande gentillesse.
Merci infiniment à Emilie pour ses conseils et disponibilité.
Merci au chef pour le repas que nous avons dégusté, le plateau de fruits de mer, car ça été un moment inoubliable.
Concernant le SPA, dont nous avons fait un massage en duo, avec bain, merci à Sweta et Léanne pour leur professionnalisme et la qualité de leur travail. J’ai également fait une manucure avec pose vernis semi-permanent avec Léanne et son travail fût top 👍🏻
Merci à Dana, responsable du SPA, pour sa bienveillance.
Nous remercions tout le personnel ainsi que les managers du complexe Tamarina, car notre séjour s’est extrêmement bien passé, dans un cadre calme et de toute beauté.

One improvement can be, include Indian food in their breakfast buffet and Dinner buffet so that we don't end up disappointed with food next time with which we were quite disappointed this time. If not authentic Indian food atleast veg pizza will work, as most of the Indians like pizza.

On arrival the hotel is really beautiful - a small oasis tucked away with gorgeous colonial style. The reception staff were really lovely and made us feel welcome.
The room was really nice - but there were a few things we noticed (which we let slide at the start) - massive dirty lipstick mark on one of our water glasses, filthy lampshades above the bathroom sinks, bed linen that didn’t feel particularly fresh and the robes as well had a slight greyish colour rather than bright white which they were meant to be. These were all minor things at the start which we didn’t even mention to each other but did notice.
We then had our first night at the cocktail bar where our drink was served by the lovely barman (very polite and smily) - as we were drinking we saw a huge rat run across the terrace - we decided it was an island and maybe this is normal (although we really weren’t happy about it). We then were dining within the restaurant and again a huge rat was running towards the table. For us, this is not ok. We asked to move tables as we saw a rat and the waiters barely acknowledged it - didn’t offer any apology and then proceeded to avoid our table for the rest of the night. We informed the manager the next day who assured us he was aware and the rat had been caught, and to “give it a chance”. We weren’t offered so much as a complimentary drink. After dining in the restaurant again the second night and again seeing a rat - for us it was time to check out. Not only is it unpleasant seeing rodents running around while eating but I would say it’s a hygiene issue and makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and the safety of the food.
The only concession we were offered was to not pay for the remaining nights that we would not be staying for.
Really disappointing. On hindsight some things we would add about the whole experience:
- Not a 5 star in terms of food, service or cleanliness
- Staff really hit and miss - some very friendly some really rude and unhelpful
- Rooms didn’t feel clean
- Food was average - nothing felt fresh including breakfast
- Quite stingey with water - water not replaced within our room (had to ask for it)
We are now staying at a different hotel and haven’t seen one rat, so don’t think this is “just an island thing” as the manager stated. The service and food are also worlds apart which has really solidified that our review of 20 degres sud as completely justified - not a 5 star experience whatsoever.

Boutique, 16+ Hotel located on the east side of the island, on the first line. Great beach with amazing sunrises. Lots of sea activities are included with your stay.
Quiet, spacious rooms. Great spa.
Curated menu in the restaurant and opportunity to book a special dinner with a chef. Great wine and international cocktail selection.
Professionaly trained staff and the management team lead by Mr. Med will make you stay exceptional

NNick FilinХороший отель с красивой и ухоженной территорией. Просторный пляж, где плавают черепахи. Завтрак довольно однообразный, но есть всё.
Удобный вход в воду, пляж чистят. Можно брать каяк на прокат бесплатно.
Минусы: обед и ужин дорогой, если не всё включено. Отель достаточно старый.
В целом нам понравилось: живописный пляж, доброжелательный персонал, повезло увидеть черепах в океане.

匿匿名ユーザーそこに泊まるのは最高でしたが、一箇所にヒックがあり、サウナやジャグジーへのアクセスが出来る場所を予約し、通知なしで滞在中閉鎖されたので、代わりに温かいお風呂を決めましたが、お風呂からの水は黄色い.. それは言った.. 彼らは私達の部屋を変更し、また私達にシャンパンのボトルと無料の50分マッサージセッションを与えた.. しかし、すべてでは、それは素敵な場所だった、食べ物は素晴らしく、素敵な雰囲気だった!

ゲゲスト少し古びたホテルで、部屋の床は冷たいタイルで、水着を干す場所もありませんでした。食事は美味しく、レストランも最高でした。夕食は日本食レストランでとりましたが、とても気に入りました。ただ、ホテル内を不特定多数の人がうろついているのが気に入りませんでした。警備員の姿は見かけませんでしたし、いたとしても特に注意を払っていませんでした。見知らぬ人がサンラウンジャーに近づき、中に入り、プールサイドでシャワーを浴びていました。入り口には誰もいなかったので、レストランに入ってもよかったのかもしれません。何も聞かれることもありませんでした。一度、前日に部屋の請求書が書かれていて、署名がありませんでした。私たちのものではないと伝えると、彼らは平然と請求書を取り除いてくれました。おそらくこれが初めてではないのでしょう。

BBIAN-ホテルは少し古いですが、設備は完璧で、サービスは素晴らしく、すべてのスタッフは笑顔で、合計3つのプールとビュッフェ以外の3つのレストランがあります。インド料理店を強くお勧めします。とても美味しいです。海辺のレストランも美味しいです。料理が精巧で、デートに適しています。

RRanoshI had a great stay at Royal Green Resort. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is good if you have a car — about 57 minutes from the airport by car. I would like to thank Vedhna in particular; she was professional and very kind in all her interactions with me.

匿匿名ユーザーNice stay and helpful staff, but for one person at the reception who doesn't seem to know what hospitality means. Very clean and confortable room, good breakfast buffet, though dinner buffet is sometimes of lesser quality.
The staff is overally very nice, I recommend to stay there if you have a rental car, or you prefer to stay and relax by the pool or beach.
