部屋（木造）の床を歩くとギシギシと大きな音がした
私たちは階下に滞在していましたが、上の部屋の人々が歩いたり、ドアを閉めたり、椅子を引きずったりする音が聞こえました（真夜中ごろ夕食から戻ってきたときによく聞こえました）。そのせいで私たちはひどい夜を過ごしました。
部屋のエアコンが冷えていない。最低設定（18.5℃）でも25℃くらいに感じました
全体的に見て、それはまあまあの滞在でしたが、私たちはここに再び滞在することはありません。

NNicoleenSolana is in a good location with beautiful views and the staff are friendly. You can literally snorkel infront of the resort. Food was excellent and drinks good. You get bare basics amenities in your room. My room had uncomfortable chairs outside but I saw some of the other rooms had comfortable chairs on their balconies. They come in and out of your room a few times that I feel is unnecessary, things that can be done in one go (clean, refill minibar, bring towels, ask how your stay is). They can change a few things but overall I had a good stay at Solana.

One improvement can be, include Indian food in their breakfast buffet and Dinner buffet so that we don't end up disappointed with food next time with which we were quite disappointed this time. If not authentic Indian food atleast veg pizza will work, as most of the Indians like pizza.

小小K宝宝Compare to Lux Belle Mare and Lux Grand Baie, Lux le morne is a disappointment in terms of service level. The structure of the buildings look nostalgic but it’s well maintained. The level of hygiene seems to be high. I love the beach which has the best on the island. But it is a shame they couldn’t utilise this. If you imagine the other two lux hotels I mentioned above are for Waitrose and harrods sippers then this le morne hotel is for Tesco shoppers.
They made mistakes in billing and quality of drinks is mediocre. I can do better at home.

On arrival the hotel is really beautiful - a small oasis tucked away with gorgeous colonial style. The reception staff were really lovely and made us feel welcome.
The room was really nice - but there were a few things we noticed (which we let slide at the start) - massive dirty lipstick mark on one of our water glasses, filthy lampshades above the bathroom sinks, bed linen that didn’t feel particularly fresh and the robes as well had a slight greyish colour rather than bright white which they were meant to be. These were all minor things at the start which we didn’t even mention to each other but did notice.
We then had our first night at the cocktail bar where our drink was served by the lovely barman (very polite and smily) - as we were drinking we saw a huge rat run across the terrace - we decided it was an island and maybe this is normal (although we really weren’t happy about it). We then were dining within the restaurant and again a huge rat was running towards the table. For us, this is not ok. We asked to move tables as we saw a rat and the waiters barely acknowledged it - didn’t offer any apology and then proceeded to avoid our table for the rest of the night. We informed the manager the next day who assured us he was aware and the rat had been caught, and to “give it a chance”. We weren’t offered so much as a complimentary drink. After dining in the restaurant again the second night and again seeing a rat - for us it was time to check out. Not only is it unpleasant seeing rodents running around while eating but I would say it’s a hygiene issue and makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and the safety of the food.
The only concession we were offered was to not pay for the remaining nights that we would not be staying for.
Really disappointing. On hindsight some things we would add about the whole experience:
- Not a 5 star in terms of food, service or cleanliness
- Staff really hit and miss - some very friendly some really rude and unhelpful
- Rooms didn’t feel clean
- Food was average - nothing felt fresh including breakfast
- Quite stingey with water - water not replaced within our room (had to ask for it)
We are now staying at a different hotel and haven’t seen one rat, so don’t think this is “just an island thing” as the manager stated. The service and food are also worlds apart which has really solidified that our review of 20 degres sud as completely justified - not a 5 star experience whatsoever.

ゲゲストNous avons beaucoup apprécié le cadre, les buffets étaient très appréciés du point de vue de la nourriture, qualité et diversité. Manger avec la vue sur l’océan a été très appréciable. Le personnel très présent et bienveillant, ainsi que d’une grande gentillesse.
Merci infiniment à Emilie pour ses conseils et disponibilité.
Merci au chef pour le repas que nous avons dégusté, le plateau de fruits de mer, car ça été un moment inoubliable.
Concernant le SPA, dont nous avons fait un massage en duo, avec bain, merci à Sweta et Léanne pour leur professionnalisme et la qualité de leur travail. J’ai également fait une manucure avec pose vernis semi-permanent avec Léanne et son travail fût top 👍🏻

Nous remercions tout le personnel ainsi que les managers du complexe Tamarina, car notre séjour s’est extrêmement bien passé, dans un cadre calme et de toute beauté.

Boutique, 16+ Hotel located on the east side of the island, on the first line. Great beach with amazing sunrises. Lots of sea activities are included with your stay.
Quiet, spacious rooms. Great spa.
Curated menu in the restaurant and opportunity to book a special dinner with a chef. Great wine and international cocktail selection.
Professionaly trained staff and the management team lead by Mr. Med will make you stay exceptional

HHuyaniuniuこのホテルについてのコメントが少ないので、真面目に紹介させていただきます。ニルヴァーナの部屋タイプを予約しました。この部屋タイプは大人専用です。ホテル側の一番遠いエリアです。朝食も独立したレストランと独立したプールがあります。人が少なく、静かで景色がきれいです。これ今回私がル・メリディアンを選んだ理由はそこにあります。朝食レストランのメインコースはアラカルトで、味はとても美味しいです。主な理由は、海沿いの景色が特に美しいことです。最大の利点は、人が少なく静かであることです。本当に最適です。横たわっている。
部屋は狭く、裏のバルコニーには今まで使われていなかった小さなプールがあります。部屋は改装されたはずで、改装の痕跡が見られますが、精巧ではありません。
ホテルの環境もサービスも悪くなく、海辺のボートハウスには無料のアイテムがたくさんあり、グラス底ボートに乗って沖合でシュノーケリングをしました。
ホテルのディナービュッフェは本当に美味しくなく、中国人の食欲を満たしていませんでした。他のものを試す勇気はありませんでした。次の数日間、私たちは外で中華料理を食べるために往復2時間のドライブをしました。
ホテルの環境はとても美しく、全体的な滞在体験は良好です

匿匿名ユーザーそこに泊まるのは最高でしたが、一箇所にヒックがあり、サウナやジャグジーへのアクセスが出来る場所を予約し、通知なしで滞在中閉鎖されたので、代わりに温かいお風呂を決めましたが、お風呂からの水は黄色い.. それは言った.. 彼らは私達の部屋を変更し、また私達にシャンパンのボトルと無料の50分マッサージセッションを与えた.. しかし、すべてでは、それは素敵な場所だった、食べ物は素晴らしく、素敵な雰囲気だった!

RRanoshI had a great stay at Royal Green Resort. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is good if you have a car — about 57 minutes from the airport by car. I would like to thank Vedhna in particular; she was professional and very kind in all her interactions with me.
