Excellent location next to the airport and shopping mall outlet you even have Costco right in front of the hotel the service was excellent. I’ll be booking this hotel again in the near future.

We had a lovely stay. They’ve set up the room as per request. There was a reasonably sized gym for working out, a jacuzzi and a swimming pool. We tried having dinner and the food was awesome, the ambience was just perfect. Even the breakfast was great, with lots of choices. To improve further maybe add more washroom kits, like toothbrush and toothpaste and extra towels. Please extend breakfast until 10am on weekdays for those who wake up late, and a lifeguard for the pool if there are kids around.

It is best place to be in like the hotel environment and location is good too.For fitness gym is open from 6- midnight.😀😀

Staff was very polite. When asked for new towels, the maid was willing to replace for new ones. Pool was cold at times, water slide was fun for the kids. Hot tub was so hot and very relaxing.

Small cosy hotel. Located close to West Edmonton mall. Not a bad choice of food for breakfast, standard for hotels of this level in Canada. Friendly staff at the reception. The room has everything you need. The only thing that could be improved would be to add pillows with different degrees of firmness.

It was perfect for the night my furnace died. It was clean and warm. Wifi was...meh. but have ny own right. All in all u was very happy.

Staff was not friendly but location was very good and quick Uber ride to whyte ave. Rooms were a bit outdated but very clean
