ホテルは清潔で快適で、便利な場所にあります。スタッフは私の滞在中フレンドリーで親切でした。部屋は設備が整っていて、朝食はバラエティに富んでいました。 Wi-Fiとエアコンはうまく機能しました。全体的に、快適でお得な滞在私は間違いなくまた戻ってきます。

This was an excellent place to stay in Changsha, better than we could have expected. We visited in December and the heating from the air conditioner was enough to keep the room warm. The bathroom is modern, and even has heating above the shower. Both the room itself and the bathroom were very clean. We were on the third floor so we did not get bothered by any sound from the street. I am a very light sleeper but I did not wake up from anything. There are a few open air lounges around the building, most with a roof to protect from the rain, which were nice to sit and eat breakfast. The best thing about the room however is the bed. It is spacious (I think a king size) and so, so comfortable. There is a laundry facility but we didn't use this on our trip. They don't have a dryer machine but they do have a clothes line to dry clothes on. The owner spoke with us through WeChat and gave us recommendations on places to eat (a huge list, maybe 40 different places!) and checked if we needed room cleaning every day, and provided extra water bottles. The aunties at the hotel are all friendly. The location is really good, 5-7 mins walk from Peyuanqiao subway, and just one stop from Wuyi Square on line 1. It is also about 40mins on the subway or 30mins taxi to ChangshaNan Station (high-speed rail) and about 45mins subway from the airport. The hotel is on a quiet side street, the main street is very much a local, non-touristy street, which was nice, with a friendly uncle selling breakfast in the morning and many stalls and restaurants nearby. By the station you also have bigger chain shops and restaurants if this is what you prefer. The only thing to improve for me is that a coat hanger would be useful so we can hang up our coat somewhere. I love Changsha, my favourite city in China, and I think this hotel will become my go-to the next time I am back to visit!

My trip got cut short due to family emergency but my parent stayed at Xiangyu Xiangyue Apartment not too long ago and recommended this place so I am writing this on their behalf as they did not had the chance to do it. Location: The location is excellent — right beside IFS and within walking distance to Taiping Street, Wuyi Square Station, shopping malls, food streets, cafés, and convenience stores. Super convenient for both day and night activities. Apartment Condition: The room was clean, modern, and spacious compared to standard hotel rooms. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, and the air-conditioning worked well. The apartment comes with basic amenities like a small fridge and kettle, which is great for longer stays. Building & Check-in: Since it’s an apartment-style stay, the entrance is inside a commercial building. Check-in was smooth and the host provided clear instructions, but first-time visitors may need to look around a bit to find the correct lift lobby. Service: The host was responsive and polite. Communication was easy, and they were helpful when I needed directions and recommendations. Noise Level: Because it’s in the busiest part of Changsha, some street noise can be heard at night — typical for such a central location. If you’re sensitive, you may want to request a higher floor. Overall: A great choice if you want convenience, modern comfort, and a prime location right next to IFS. It’s ideal for travellers who enjoy shopping, nightlife, and easy access to transportation.

遊ぶために休暇を取ることはほとんどありません。チェックインのためフロントに来るとすぐに、無料で部屋タイプにアップグレードしてもらったと言われました＾＾ お姉さんが部屋に連れて行ってくれて、部屋の色々な設備を紹介してくれたり、４つもくれました。スナックとフルーツの小皿。ミネラルウォーターは冷蔵庫に常備されており、今の暑い季節にぴったりです。家政婦のWeChatもあります！チェックアウトの際、目覚まし時計の設定が間違っていましたが、何も解決されていませんでした。ハウスキーパーはとても親切で、無料で滞在を遅らせてくれました。持ち帰り品はフロントに置いてあり、妹自身が部屋まで届けてくれる。つまり、ソフトウェアに関してはすべてが配慮されている。 ハードウェアも非常に優れており、部屋は清潔で、スマートトイレがあり、お風呂のお湯はかなり大きく、ドライヤーは非常に強力です。窓の防音性も高く、都会の喧騒でも外の騒音はほとんど聞こえません。ルームプロジェクションは非常に使いやすく、昨晩寝る前にガガのコメディ映画を2本見ました。無料で視聴できる映画がたくさんあり、進行がまったく滞りません。ベッドもとても寝心地が良く、ぐっすり眠れました。耳栓やアイマスク、デンタルフロスなど針が刺さらないものもありますよ！ まさに完璧です！

At first, it looked a bit sketchy since the desk is in a convenience store, but the room was as advertised. There just no latch to lock the door from the inside (which explains the table at the door in my photos), I didn’t feel unsafe tho! So overall, pretty good stay for a night before catching a train in the morning!

Everything was great! WiFi worked well, the hotel was close to a subway station, there was warm water readily available, it was also very quiet, I couldn’t hear any neighbours. One small thing to improve - the AC doesn’t make the room cold enough - I could only lower the temperature in the room to about 25-26 degrees, even though the AC was set to 17 and full power.

I got Ctrip.com service centre at Changsha Huanghua Airport to advise me how to contact Sycamore Tree Hotel to pick me up and I managed to contact Sycamore Tree Hotel Uncle Liu to pick me up at column C6. The exit is next to the Ctrip.com service centre of the airport and there are long queues of cars awaiting to pick up guests at the airport. Sycamore Tree Hotel is an hourly-rated hotel that allows guests to stay up to seven hours a day or to the next day. It has a three-hours room stay package for guests who are transitting to another city on the same day but since Trip.com is selling the room based on per day basis, I paid less than $30 to stay until 8 pm on the same day. To kill time, under my request, Uncle Liu chaufferred me to two plane-spotting sites around the Changsha airport for plane photography at a return fee of 150 RMB from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm, including Gao'an Village Committee Building and the premises around Hunan General Aviation Building. This fee includes the driver's waiting time. Uncle Liu has very good knowledge on plane-spotting and I recommend plane-spotters to stay in this hotel if their purpose of visiting Changsha is plane-spotting. Uncle Liu quipped that he also can bring guests to Zhangjiajie in Hunan. While the staff of Sycamore Tree Hotel is friendly, I would like to comment that the room allocated to me has no window, no regular-size table for me to write on paper and no chair. It takes a long time for the room to turn cool after switching on the air-conditioner. The toilet-cum-bathroom only has the small bath towel for body wiping purpose. Overall, the room is worse than the single room of Toyoko Inn. Despite the insufficiencies in the room, I recommend this hotel for staff friendliness, airport pick-up/drop-off services and local transport service. For breakfast and other meals, there is the bun shop next door and the noodles restaurant of one minute walk away from the hotel. For recreation, there is the games machine outside the hotel. I will stay at Sycamore Tree Hotel again if there were another opportunity of an onward flight at night from Changsha to another city airport.

設備：ホテルは設備が充実しており、とても新しいです。 衛生状態：清潔で、虫もいません。 環境：地下鉄駅と湘江に近く、移動に便利です。階下には軽食街があり、夜はホテルに戻る際に川風を感じ、とても心地よく過ごせました。周辺はとても静かです。 サービス：フロントの女性はとても親切で、部屋の清掃が終わってからチェックインさせてくれました。何か問題があれば、すぐに対応して解決してくれました。 長沙はとても楽しい街です。次回は暑くない時に訪れたいと思います（笑）😄

The carpark is not per day but per entry, and it was not indicated when we asked and the person that inform us is mentioned that to us that is per day. When you mentioned is per day it means that no matter how many time you in or out it will be counted as one time but now it end up to per entry. The room is not near the river view and the place is not big. The air-conditioning for the living room is not cold and the window unable to close.
