家族旅行でこのホテルに宿泊しました。7人で3部屋予約しました。フロントのスタッフはとても親切で、大変助かりました。到着前には、荷物の受け取りと保管を手伝っていただきました。旅行前に何度かWeChatで問い合わせをしましたが、いつも迅速かつ丁寧に対応してくださいました。 チェックインは深夜遅くでしたが、フロントのスタッフは嫌な顔一つせず、温かく迎えてくれました。朝食を用意してくれた女性もとても親切でした。家族の一人がベジタリアンなのですが、彼女は柔軟に対応して麺のスープを調整してくれたので、ベジタリアンの方も朝食を楽しむことができました。本当に感謝しています。 ホテル周辺の景色は素晴らしかったです。唯一の難点は、最寄りの地下鉄駅から少し遠いことですが、それ以外はすべてとても便利でした。 全体的に快適な滞在でした。また機会があれば、ぜひこのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。

房間挺乾淨，酒店環境不錯，風景優美，客服熱情，還接送我們到地鐵站，孩子玩的很開心！這家酒店就在後湖邊，位置太棒了。環境幽雅安靜，晚上能聽見蟲鳴，特有感覺。房間乾淨整潔，每個角落都到位。服務員熱情周到，從進門到退房都客客氣氣的。住在這裏，心情都跟着變好了，絕對好評！

From the moment I arrived, the architectural charm stood out: sleek, modern white buildings nestled against a lush forest backdrop, with rustic stone retaining walls adding a warm, earthy contrast. The interiors are just as thoughtfully designed—cozy lounge areas feature a crackling wood-burning stove that invites you to kick back and unwind (I spent hours with my feet up by the fire, sipping tea, and forgetting the outside world). The outdoor spaces are equally delightful: sun-dappled patios with soft flooring, where my spaniel wandered by (a sweet, unexpected touch!), and gravel paths that lead to sweeping views of the wooded hills. Every corner feels intentional, balancing minimalist design with the raw beauty of the surrounding nature. What truly makes this place special is the tranquility. It’s quiet enough to hear the rustle of leaves and birdsong, yet the amenities are comfortable and well-appointed—no roughing it here. The staff (though I didn’t interact much, thanks to the seclusion) seemed attentive, and the little touches (like the firewood stacked neatly by the stove) made the stay feel personal and cared for. If I had to nitpick, it’s that the remote location means you’ll need a car to explore nearby spots—but that’s part of the appeal for a true escape. 3泊しましたが、ホテルはとても静かで、サービスもとても良いです。特にレストランの叔母とランドリールームのスタッフを称賛したいと思います。昨夜11時過ぎに、男性スタッフがランドリールームで働いているのを見ました。朝、レストランに再び現れました。彼らはきちんとしていて責任感があり、献身的でした。岳麓の山東門まで歩いて、ケーブルウェイで山を登り、南門で地下鉄を降りてホテルに戻るのはとても便利です。

We just had a fantastic family vacation celebrating my wife’s birthday in Changsha, and staying at the Oryard Hotel Changsha Juzhou was a wonderful decision. We checked in on May 22, 2026, and checked out on May 25, 2026. I can easily provide 5+ star comments without hesitation. The hotel is very new and has a grand and clean overall impression. The river view from the hotel is magnificent. All the facilities are advanced. The room is spacious, and I love the modern Chinese style design. What really impressed me was the service? Both the front desk and the restaurant staff can provide proactive services. For example, I had a little cough during my breakfast, and the restaurant manager provided me with some food and drink that could comfort my coughing. All the restaurant staff were well-trained and offered excellent service during our breakfast time. The butler service was amazing too, which made my wife’s birthday celebration memorable. My wife and daughter were extremely impressed. Also, the gym and swimming pool were clean and comfortable. Finally, this is the first time I’ve enjoyed writing comments after my hotel stay. I was extremely happy to recognize the team at the Oryard Hotel Changsha Juzhou. I believe the leadership and management of the hotel have spent tremendous efforts in training, as this level of service is difficult to achieve. We are also thinking of visiting Zhangjiajie during the winter holidays. We will obviously stay at the Oryard Hotel Changsha and are looking forward to coming back.

**5-Star Review for an Amazing Changsha Experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** Our visit was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the **park-like environment that made our stay so peaceful and relaxing. The lush greenery and serene atmosphere were perfect for unwinding. My parents are elderly, and the free transfer cart service was incredibly handy! A special shout-out to receptionist,leyi, Shi xia, Xiao Dong and everyone who took great care of us, explaining how to get around Changsha and ensuring we had everything we needed. The kindness and attentiveness made our trip so much smoother. All our requests were promptly cared for and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We also visited the Chairman Mao Museum which was free and explained in great detail such an insightful and memorable experience! And let’s not forget the food—delicious and cheap!We enjoyed every meal, from local street snacks tofu to restaurant dishes, all bursting with flavor at unbeatable. highly recommended for families, especially those with elderly members. Thank you for such a fantastic stay!
