このホテルのサービスには本当に大満足です！フロントの対応から客室サービスまで、どのスタッフも笑顔で、親切丁寧でした。チェックイン時には、さりげなく部屋をアップグレードしてくださり、ウェルカムフルーツまでいただきました。何か問題があっても迅速に対応し、積極的に解決してくれるので、まるで自宅にいるかのようにくつろげました。このような心温まるサービスは本当に貴重で、文句なしの五つ星評価です！

家族旅行でこのホテルに宿泊しました。7人で3部屋予約しました。フロントのスタッフはとても親切で、大変助かりました。到着前には、荷物の受け取りと保管を手伝っていただきました。旅行前に何度かWeChatで問い合わせをしましたが、いつも迅速かつ丁寧に対応してくださいました。 チェックインは深夜遅くでしたが、フロントのスタッフは嫌な顔一つせず、温かく迎えてくれました。朝食を用意してくれた女性もとても親切でした。家族の一人がベジタリアンなのですが、彼女は柔軟に対応して麺のスープを調整してくれたので、ベジタリアンの方も朝食を楽しむことができました。本当に感謝しています。 ホテル周辺の景色は素晴らしかったです。唯一の難点は、最寄りの地下鉄駅から少し遠いことですが、それ以外はすべてとても便利でした。 全体的に快適な滞在でした。また機会があれば、ぜひこのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。

連住了三晚，酒店很安靜，服務也很不錯，特別要表揚餐廳的阿姨和洗衣房的工作人員。昨晚十一點多還看到男性工作人員在洗衣房工作，早上又出現在了餐廳，動作利落負責很是敬業。步行可達嶽麓山東門，坐索道上山，南門下山地鐵回酒店，都很方便。

We just had a fantastic family vacation celebrating my wife’s birthday in Changsha, and staying at the Oryard Hotel Changsha Juzhou was a wonderful decision. We checked in on May 22, 2026, and checked out on May 25, 2026. I can easily provide 5+ star comments without hesitation. The hotel is very new and has a grand and clean overall impression. The river view from the hotel is magnificent. All the facilities are advanced. The room is spacious, and I love the modern Chinese style design. What really impressed me was the service? Both the front desk and the restaurant staff can provide proactive services. For example, I had a little cough during my breakfast, and the restaurant manager provided me with some food and drink that could comfort my coughing. All the restaurant staff were well-trained and offered excellent service during our breakfast time. The butler service was amazing too, which made my wife’s birthday celebration memorable. My wife and daughter were extremely impressed. Also, the gym and swimming pool were clean and comfortable. Finally, this is the first time I’ve enjoyed writing comments after my hotel stay. I was extremely happy to recognize the team at the Oryard Hotel Changsha Juzhou. I believe the leadership and management of the hotel have spent tremendous efforts in training, as this level of service is difficult to achieve. We are also thinking of visiting Zhangjiajie during the winter holidays. We will obviously stay at the Oryard Hotel Changsha and are looking forward to coming back.

The interiors are just as thoughtfully designed—cozy lounge areas feature a crackling wood-burning stove that invites you to kick back and unwind (I spent hours with my feet up by the fire, sipping tea, and forgetting the outside world). The outdoor spaces are equally delightful: sun-dappled patios with soft flooring, where my spaniel wandered by (a sweet, unexpected touch!), and gravel paths that lead to sweeping views of the wooded hills. Every corner feels intentional, balancing minimalist design with the raw beauty of the surrounding nature. What truly makes this place special is the tranquility. It’s quiet enough to hear the rustle of leaves and birdsong, yet the amenities are comfortable and well-appointed—no roughing it here. The staff (though I didn’t interact much, thanks to the seclusion) seemed attentive, and the little touches (like the firewood stacked neatly by the stove) made the stay feel personal and cared for. If I had to nitpick, it’s that the remote location means you’ll need a car to explore nearby spots—but that’s part of the appeal for a true escape. Rating: 5/5 This hotel isn’t just a place to sleep; it’s a chance to slow down, breathe, and soak in nature’s beauty. I’ll definitely be coming back.

空港に近いので、こちらに宿泊しました。 チェックイン時、中国語が話せないので翻訳アプリを使って会話したのですが、スタッフさんの態度が困惑＆少し呆れた感じだったので、とても申し訳なく思いました。 他のスタッフさんと、この人日本人？と会話してるのも聞こえてきて、チェックアウトのとき大丈夫かな〜と不安に。 でも、空港への送迎について相談したら、とても親身に手続きしてくれたので、そこは良かったです。私用で空港に行く用事があって、歩いて行けるか聞いたら、送迎を申し出てくれてとても助かりました。 お部屋はインテリアがオシャレで、アメニティも揃っており、とても良かったです。小物にオレンジが多く、個人的に好みでした。 朝食には湖南料理があり、日本人も食べやすいメニューも揃っていて、美味しかったです。空港に近いからか、航空会社の人らしき宿泊客の方々も、朝食の席でお見かけしました。 宿泊2日目。カウンターに空港送迎について質問しに行くと、チェックイン時と別の女性スタッフさんが対応してくれました。 彼女は私が日本人だと知っていたらしく、英語＆翻訳アプリを使った問い合わせにも丁寧に答えてくれて、 お礼をいったら日本語で「どういたしまして！」と返事をしてくれたので驚きました！ 彼女の笑顔のおかげで、とても明るい気持ちになりました。ありがとうございます。 滞在3日目の朝、朝食のためにロビーに向かうと、昨日の女性スタッフさんが日本語で「おはよう！」と声を掛けてくれて、とても温かい気持ちになりました。チェックアウト時も彼女が対応してくれたのですが、最後まで笑顔で快く見送ってくれて、とても感じが良かったです。 ちなみに、空港行シャトルバスの運転手さんは中国語しか話せないようなので、もし会話が必要な場合は何か手段を用意することをおすすめします。 最初は少し不安な部分もありましたが、素敵な女性スタッフさんのおかげで、楽しい滞在時間を過ごすことができました。丁寧で気持ちの良いサービスをありがとうございました！谢谢！

**5-Star Review for an Amazing Changsha Experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** Our visit was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the **park-like environment that made our stay so peaceful and relaxing. The lush greenery and serene atmosphere were perfect for unwinding. My parents are elderly, and the free transfer cart service was incredibly handy! A special shout-out to receptionist,leyi, Shi xia, Xiao Dong and everyone who took great care of us, explaining how to get around Changsha and ensuring we had everything we needed. The kindness and attentiveness made our trip so much smoother. All our requests were promptly cared for and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We also visited the Chairman Mao Museum which was free and explained in great detail such an insightful and memorable experience! And let’s not forget the food—delicious and cheap!We enjoyed every meal, from local street snacks tofu to restaurant dishes, all bursting with flavor at unbeatable. highly recommended for families, especially those with elderly members. Thank you for such a fantastic stay!
