EEden1993ホテルの場所はとても便利です。駅のすぐ隣です。出張に適しています。周辺の治安は予想以上に良いです。旧市街への交通機関もとても便利です。強くお勧めします。次回検討します。

ゲゲストGreat location, nice and helpful reception staff, good that there is a covered car park (charged). The bathroom needs some TLC and more attention to cleaning.
The mattress great but the pillows are rock hard.
For a couple of nights it is ideal as there is a metro station close by that takes you to the old centre .

ゲゲストÇa fait plus d'une année que j'y vais lors de mes passages sur Lyon, mais cette fois-ci, nous sommes restés une semaine. Je n'ai pas aimé. De un, au niveau de la vaisselle, il y avait des poils ou des cheveux, pareil au frigo, ça ma dégoûtait et j'étais moi-même obligée d'acheter des produits pour nettoyer. J'ai mis la pancarte pour qu'ils viennent nettoyer la chambre, personne n'est passé. Au niveau des femmes de ménage, je connais le métier, ma mère est femme de ménage. Certaines, quand on leur demande de changer de serviettes, elles nous renvoient à l'accueil et d'autres nous les donnent. Même sous le drap, il y avait des poils. Vraiment déçue. Je pense qu'il y a du laisser-aller. Au début, ce n'était pas comme ça. Vraiment à revoir.

Aa.b.7Staff was super friendly and this is the only hostel I stay where the staff walk me up to the room and explain everything. If you have research where the location of this hostel, you will know the hostel is located on the top of hill. So definitely a battle if you have big luggage..the selling point of this hostel would be enjoying the view from the terrace. Overall the place is clean just the facility bit old for the toilet. I think they really should be doing some upgrading and some tlc for the room.(Some of the curtain are already wear and tear) The location up the hill I think a plus point for me as I take it as an exercise after having stuff myself with so much foods and with rewarding views.

ゲゲスト部屋の設備はコンパクトで清潔感があります。素晴らしい朝食: 7 ～ 8 種類のパン、ヨーグルト、牛乳、コーヒー、チーズ、フルーツ料理。地下鉄の駅までは 900 メートル歩きます。
唯一残念なのは、チェックアウト後の荷物預かりができないことです。
