I just spent a vacation at Crowne Plaza Hotel in Da Nang. I am really impressed and extremely happy to have met the friendly people of Danang and the hotel is absolutely perfect according to my wishes. From Receptionist to Manager, all are so professional, the rooms are extremely clean and make me and my friends very satisfied. Especially you Huyen, very cute and very professional. If you come back, you will definitely choose Crowne Plaza as a resort. Thank you!

This is our first trip been to Viet Nam, Da Nang. The weather looks better than the day we arrive, therefore we had time to enjoy the pool in 26th floor, it really a great view with mountains and beach view. Our room is also sea view but we suprised with the view in the infinity pool. Breakfast was perfect but when we eat there are alot of guests around :＞＞ Anyway, everything was great and you might think about this place when you have chance to go to Danang. Me and my husband were super happy

The hotel was amazing! We had a great time and the spa was super nice. Highly recommend the full body massage and facial with scalp treatment. Ivy and summer were so helpful and nice, they even printed something out for me when I needed some documents at the last minute!

素晴らしいスタッフとサービス、素晴らしい施設、素晴らしい食事。 特に、シトロンレストランでは私たちをVIPにアップグレードしてくれました。スタッフのタオファムはとても親切で、ロータスティーを試すことを勧めてくれました。ベア フットでの土曜日のディナー BBQ ビュッフェは素晴らしく、そこに行ったら必ず行くべきメニューです。全体の雰囲気はとても素敵で豪華で、価格は市内で最も高価ですが、支払った金額に見合ったものを得ることができます。

もしダナンに行くならまた泊まりたい。2名で27,000円 ビーチ沿いの広大な土地のリゾートホテル。館内で迷子になるぐらい広い。1泊では回りきれなかったので、次回は2連泊か早めチェックインで行きたい。 部屋からのオーシャンビュー、プライベートビーチ、館内のプールは最高。浮き輪の貸し出しはプールサイドではできないっぽい。 冷蔵庫は有料。物価的にはベトナムにしては高く、日本のホテル価格に近い。 スタッフはフロントや客室案内スタッフは丁寧だが、ビーチサイドにいるスタッフは英語やや通じない気味で冷たい。 チェックアウトは30分以上待たされた。

We spent 7 nights at the Marriott and loved every minute. All the staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. They even arranged breakfast boxes one morning as we had to leave before 6am for golf. We were upgraded to a fabulous corner room with a huge bathroom and lovely balcony overlooking the garden and ocean. So lovely to sit outside and listen to the waves. We booked another room on points very last minute and they were so accommodating making sure the room was next to ours. The beds were big and comfortable and the linen and towels were the usual good Marriott quality. Really nice touch leaving a sweet treat in the room every night. The restaurant manager was fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure my food was gluten, dairy and chilli free! He always checked in to see the food was ok and had great recommendations re food. All the restaurant staff were helpful and friendly. The food was excellent and reasonably priced and the decor of restaurants was nice. The grounds, pools and beach are amazing. So well looked after and clean and tidy. The water temperature was perfect and the infinitely pool overlooking the ocean is fantastic. Plenty of sun lounges and 5 pools to choose from. The life guards kept a close eye on everything and were always so friendly. The beach seems to go forever so great for walks. The hotel keeps their section of the beach so clean - a noticeable difference to some other sections. The gym is small but good and the spa is lovely. The resort is in a great location. 10 mins to the main Da Nang beaches and bars along the beach and 15-20 mins into the town centre and markets. 25 mins the other way and you’re in Hoi An old town. We loved being away from the hustle and bustle of everything but close enough and cheap enough to catch a taxi or a Grab whenever we needed to. Perfect location for all the golf courses too so would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back.

TMS ホテルのサービスはとても良くて、まるで VIP のような気分になります。 ホテルではマンツーマンのガイド付きでホイアンに行く手配をしてくれましたが、実際、料金が少し高かったことを除けば、ガイドさんは全行程英語で対応してくれたので、安心して行くことができました。プロセスの詳細については触れませんが、ホテルに戻るまですでに 10 日前でした。しばらくすると、受付係が出てきて、今日はどうだったかと尋ねました。彼は率先してやって来ました。彼は良い仕事をしたと思います👍🏻、追加点です😌😌😌😌 最終日チェックアウト後、バナヒルズ行きのチャーター車を手配していただきましたが、ホテル側で高級車を手配していただき、私は直接空港へ向かいましたが、この手配は本当に良かったです。 ホテルのスタッフは全ての手続きにおいて障壁なく英語でコミュニケーションを取り、私が望んでいたサービスを手配してくれました✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️ チェックインの際、最初にお飲み物を特別に冷やさせていただきます。 部屋は写真と同じです。

とても素晴らしいホテルです。スタッフはいつでもにこやかに対応してくれます。 5名で広いお部屋を予約していましたが、さらに広い部屋にアップグレードしていただきました。バルコニーに露天風呂があるので、プールで冷えた体も大きな湯船でしっかり温められます。たっぷり貯めてもお湯が水になることはありませんでした。 ２泊しましたが、飽きることなく過ごせました。隣の室内プール365チケット付のプランにしましたが、専用ビーチやホテル前の長い流れるプールは宿泊している人は無料のようですので、それだけでもたっぷり遊べます。キッズプールには滑り台もあり大人でも楽しかったです。屋上にはインフィニティープールやジャクジーもありました。 専用ビーチ（ここにもプールあり）まではシャトルバスで行けますが、歩いても５分程度なので朝の散歩にはちょうどよかったです。 エアコンはがっつり効いてますので、子供や女性は1枚長袖を持ち歩くといいと思います。朝食バイキングがあるレストランは、私たちには寒かったので長袖が役にたちました。部屋は自分で好きな温度に設定できました。 市内の繁華街までは少し遠いですが、Grabタクシーがエントランスに何台か待機しているようで、アプリでポチポチすれば1分ほどでマッチングしてくれます。 洗濯は1キロ　150,000VNDです。専用の用紙（日本語あり）と袋があり、朝出せば当日の夜には籠に畳んで部屋に入れてくれました。 日本からダナンへの直行便がまだ再開していないので日本人旅行者が少ないようで、客層は韓国系の方が多かったです。ダナン全体的に旅行者が戻ってきてない感じなので、早くお客さんが戻ってきてこのホテルを楽しんでくれたらいいなぁと思います。

内装はノボテルなだけあり、とても綺麗で素晴らしいです。 SKY36も併設されており、夜も楽しく飲めました。ただ、料金は高いです。 立地も市場や市内へも歩いて行ける距離です。 有名なミリオンゴッドゲーミング(パチスロ)とは距離があり、タクシー必須です。

すっきりとした市場が徒歩圏内のホテルです。 リバービューが可能です。 朝食は遅く起きる方だから不捕れになりました。 10万ウォン前半に予約したのですが、この価格であれば再訪問の意思があります。 私は付帯施設はあまり利用しておらず、ルームコンディションとバスルームコンディションを重要に見る方です。
