「The location is incredibly convenient! We could walk to the Acropolis easily, and during our entire stay we didn’t spend any money on transportation at all.
Right downstairs from the apartment was a lively neighborhood filled with everything you could need: breakfast spots, wine bars, seafood restaurants, grocery stores, self-service laundromats, and souvenir shops. We even got our hair done at a fantastic salon nearby.
Although the check-in and check-out process was self-service, the hotel provided very detailed and helpful local information. The restaurant recommendations were excellent, the Wi-Fi connection was very easy to use, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable.
The facilities were also thoughtfully prepared, with all kinds of plates, bowls, and wine glasses available. There was even a walk-in closet and a first-aid kit, which made the stay feel especially well-equipped and comfortable.」

Location: Outside of “central” Athens but easily connected by metro & buses. Kifisia is gorgeous, safe, filled with high end boutiques, restaurants + cafes.
Room/Ambience: Hotel itself is stunning + very relaxing vibe. Decor details incredible as expected of a boutique hotel of this nature.
Food: Very good selection of hot + cold, plus actual barista coffee. Do not expect American style breakfast - this is Europe after all. We did not eat lunch or dinner but the menus looked great and was filled with locals in the evening.
Service: Although reception staff were sufficiently friendly, service very lacking for a high end boutique hotel. It was 26 degrees celsius every day while in Athens. Not prior to our stay, nor during check-in did anyone advise us that the pool was closed likely until end of May. This is not advertised on any booking platform, or on the hotel website, which was very disappointing. We sat in the pool lounge chairs for over two hours (staff saw us as the restaurant is immediately adjacent). Nobody offered us pool towels to lie on, or if we wanted to order any drinks or food. My partner had to get dressed, go to reception and ask. They didn’t even offer to clean the pool given the hot weather made it ready for use. It really put a downer on our stay, and why we opted not to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. Similar experience at breakfast; nobody offered us coffee orders, we heard someone else order and realised it was available.

SSarah JanesThis place is quite unusual. My room was upgraded so that I had a suite over two floors, with a small private pool on another lower level. Absolutely every convenience had been considered, some extras might verge on overkill (bog roll tied up with a ribbon for example).
The room looked amazing on first inspection, but I quite quickly realised the smell of the pool was so strong it stung my eyes, and the sound of the ventilation unit was quite a roar. There was only one small openable window on the mezzanine level next to the bed and I had to sleep with that open as wide as possible.
Bed was extremely comfortable, I had to turn off the pool ventilator unit in the middle of the night because it kept waking me up, but once I had done that and the smell of baking bread entered the room from a bakery down the road I slept like a log.
Staff were really nice and friendly, but they are working with quite difficult circumstances and perhaps unnecessarily. The kitchen is on the bottom floor and breakfast is served on the 5th floor roof (from which you can see the Parthenon) breakfast is a little awkward as you get a huge wicker basket 🧺 full of food plus crepes, plus omelette, plus tuna sandwich, a whole baguette (some more little ribbons), and I am not sure anyone can eat as much as is provided, and the server had to keep travelling up and down in the one person elevator. Probably would be better to ask guests what they would like to have for breakfast out of the options available and have a coffee/tea station upstairs. There is the option to take lunch in your room - for which the picnic basket concept makes a lot more sense.
Seems like there should be a way to make the place feel more efficient and common sensible. I did get the feeling that they might have only just opened and are finding their feet, so I hope this review will be useful - certainly was a generous accommodation and staff are working very hard to make sure guests have the best possible experience.

ゲゲストHighlights: beautiful views of acropolis and surrounding area from rooftop bar/restaurant space (also where breakfast served), buffet of good standard and restaurant staff very polite and a credit to the hotel.
Improvements: reception staff generally very helpful but one particular staff member was not forthcoming with information/recommendations for restaurants/ details regarding late check out - we were always referred to come back later/following day to reception to ask someone else; when same questions asked later to a different member of staff, they were more than happy to help with all enquiries.
Room: no ‘do not disturb’ sign available, housekeeping knocked on room at 9am every day, which woke us up; also housekeeping entering room after knocking on door without waiting for guests to respond; need some adjustments to respect privacy or guests; hotel corridors are very stuffy even in winter time
Overall: a very pleasant stay

Questa cosa da cambiare assolutamente siccome un cliente può essere alla ricerca di qualche hotel con unicamente un parcheggio privato disponibile in loco!!
Per essere un 4 stelle mi aspettavo perlomeno, i spazzolini usa e getta e un rasoio usa e getta……
Però forse è chiedere troppo (?)
Per il resto ottimo qualcosina da migliorare!

ゲゲストHeerlijk hotel met veel vertier rond om van restaurant bar en een openlucht bisoscoop! Wij hebben in de avond in het restaurant in het Hotel gegeten. Het was superlekker en het was prachtig uitzicht op de Acropolis. De stad was super vriendelijk en alles was echt perfect. Echt een aanrader als je in Athene verblijft.

NNakajima世界中を旅してグランドハイアットに泊まるのは今回が初めてです。
スタッフの方々はとても親切で、滞在中ずっと親身になって対応していただき、予想以上に素晴らしい滞在になりました。
特にチェックインの際、フロントのスタッフの方々はとてもフレンドリーで素敵な笑顔でした。そして、私の誕生日が2日後だと知って、お部屋をアップグレードしてくださったのです！
朝食も最高でした。ギリシャ料理をはじめ、たくさんのメニューがありました。
ギリシャを訪れる際は、また必ずここに泊まりたいと思います。

ゲゲストこのホテルは美しいです。オモニア広場にあります。プロセッコを提供するフレンドリーなスタッフが私たちを歓迎してくれました。部屋には水とプロセッコの小さなボトルもありました。部屋は小さいですが、これはシティホテルでは予想されることです。素晴らしい屋上プール。素晴らしい朝食は午後 12 時まで提供され、コーヒーを持ち帰ることができます。クラシックなバルコニールームからは廃墟となった建物の景色を眺めることができるため、バルコニールームを予約する場合は必ず都会的なバルコニールームを予約してください。このホテルの唯一の欠点はエレベーターです。エレベーターは2基ありますが、いつも満員で遅いです。私たちは6位でしたが、ほとんどの時間階段を歩くことになりました。
地下鉄駅はホテルの入り口の向かいにあり、乗り降り自由のバスの停留所はホテルの向かいにあります。歩き回るのに素敵な広場ですが、路上にたくさんのホームレスの人がいるように、私は広場を離れるつもりはありません。
