My initial thought on this accommodation business is in some ways positive. If it is viewed purely as a 'hostel' with an associated coffee shop, then it definitely has attributes (and I'll come back to those later). But if taken at face value on the basis of its tariff cost and amenities, both real and indicated, then there are several problems with it. The first is the way the premises is represented on the Trip com platform. Photographs of the double bedroom include one of a bathroom. The attached text description and its context makes the plain implication that the room has an ensuite bathroom, which it does not. If little scrutiny is applied when reading the description, this fact will escape the readers attention. Anyone looking to make a reservation quickly can easily be misled (inadvertently?) into believing that this is a 'hotel' style room. Many hostels do offer rooms with ensuite bathrooms after all. The bathroom is communal and is inconveniently located on the ground floor. Rooms are above this. A second related criticism is the room size description - 18 m sq is quoted. The room has dimensions of 3 x 3.5 m. That is, about 10 m sq ! Although late February is still peak season in Phuket, it has to be said that the room tariff of almost $60 AUD per night is exorbitant. It may be considered acceptable for a 18 m sq hotel style room, given the circumstances, but a room of this kind at this particular locality ought to be offered at a lower price. Having said this, I concede that the reservation was made late and in haste. Now onto the good things. The 10 m sq double bed room has old but high quality wooden furniture which serves its purpose well. The air conditioning is responsive and strong There is a large kitchen next to the bathroom/wash basin (trough). It's equipped with a large fridge, sink, cutlery etc as well as a coffee maker ( + ground coffee). A delicious banana cake was offered to guests. Clothes can be washed and dried via a coin operated machine. Other attributes include the woman owner/ manager who has a professional approach and an attitude very well suited to the hospitalality jndustry. The coffee shop also makes decent coffees and ham n cheese croissants.

1泊しましたが、とても素敵で快適でした。チェックイン時にタイの宝くじを買ったのですが、フロントの人がそれを見て確認してくれました。結局当たりませんでした（笑）。寝心地は良かったのですが、下段のベッドを用意してくれませんでした。用意してくれた上段のベッドには仕切りがあり、頭をぶつけやすく、実際にぶつけてしまいました。朝食はまあまあでしたが、下段のベッドを用意してくれなかったのは本当に残念でした。

二段ベッド式ドミトリーに宿泊するのは今回が初めてでした。マネージャーは真夜中にも関わらず快く対応してくれ、チェックインの手続きをしてくれました。200バーツの返金可能なデポジットが必要で、タオルも貸してもらえました。また、2階は床を清潔に保つため、サンダルや靴の着用が禁止されているとの説明を受けました。これらがチェックイン時の主なやり取りでした。 部屋は快適で落ち着いた雰囲気で、騒音もありませんでした。「就寝中は静かに」といったルールも徹底されていたようです。もしバスルームでサンダルが使えないことに抵抗があるなら、正直、個室のあるホテルを選ぶべきでしょう。そういえば、上段のベッドは少し怖かったですね。落ちる夢まで見ました😪 正直なところ、二段ベッド式のドミトリーは私にはあまり向いていないようです。それでも、ここでの滞在は良い経験になりましたし、217バーツ（税込み）という料金を考えれば、十分すぎるほどコスパが良いと言えます。 このホテルは朝食も提供していました。これは全く予想外で嬉しかったです😁😁 チェックアウト時には、ちょっとしたお土産もいただけました。もちろん、デポジットの200バーツもちゃんと返金されました。

チェックインデポジットで500パーツ必要です。 空港から直行で到着し現金がないと言うと、パスポートを預かると言われました。無くなったら心配だったので次の日朝一で現金を引き出し、パスポート受け取りました。 （徒歩3分ほどでatmあり，手数料220バーツ） ドライヤーを受付でレンタルできます。チェックアウト時に返却。 oldtown市内の中心部にあり、徒歩で観光できます。 近くのコンビニまで徒歩1分、向かいには薬局もあります。胃腸の調子が悪くなって薬が必要だったのですごく助かりました。 パトンビーチ行きのバス停も徒歩で数分なので、とても便利でした。こちら片道40バーツです。 徒歩圏内におしゃれなカフェがたくさんあり、レストランやお土産やさんもたくさんあります。 今回ホテルを取る際に市内を取るかビーチ沿いにするかすごく迷ったんですが、マイナスポイントも含めて立地が良かったのでここのホテルにして良かったかと思います。 マイナスポイント 1）ホテルにエレベーターがない。 2)Wi-Fiがかなり弱い。私の部屋は3階でしたが、繋がったり消えたりを繰り返していました。 3)ホテルは24hスタッフがいない。 飛行機が遅れて急いでグラブに乗ったのですが、 ホテルからメールがきて23時までに来るよう言われ、ギリギリに到着しました。 深夜便着の飛行機だとアウトだと思います。 4）シャワーの温度ぬるめ。 5

Постараюсь быть объективным. Выбирал отель за два дня до прилёта, поэтому был ограничен в выборе, но хотелось попасть именно на этот пляж. Раньше он был достаточно малолюден, сейчас ситуация, конечно, изменилась Итак жирные плюсы : -Близость к пляжу (вышел из номера- попал сразу на потрясающий пляж и обалденное море. - В целом красивое место, несмотря на увеличивающийся турпоток в этом месте. Уходя влево можно попасть на живописный островок, вправо-сделаете потрясающие фото на фоне садящихся самолётов.Недалеко действующий буддистский храм. - рядом всевозможные магазинчики и кафешки на любой вкус и кошелёк, а также ночной рынок. -По сравнению с Патонгом достаточно мало(пока) людей. Рекомендуется семьям с детьми. Минусы (сразу отмечу,что был в одном номере,поэтому в общем картина по в других номерах может быть и другой: -Когда отель пишет,что в номере есть окно,он лукавит...лучше бы его вообще не было, потому что открывается сантиметров на 30 и то на лестницу, и на кусок грязного забора, а по ночам за ним происходят какие то разборки местного населения с душераздирающим криками)Спать так себе конечно..... -идёт ремонт в соседних номерах, перешагивая и перепрыгивая через кучи строительных материалов и грязные лужи не очень комфортно -Убитое бельё и мебель....ну имейте уважение к гостям, за эту цену хотя бы одеяла поменяйте..... -Стеклянная входная дверь.....мне,здоровому мужику, по большому счёту наверное не так страшно, девушкам может быть некомфортно..... -в душе плохо уходит вода, заливает по щиколотку весь пол и возле унитаза и возле мойки.... - слышимость просто нереальная....как будто в одном номере с соседями..... -В целом грязновато и неряшливо,идёшь по коридору, а вокруг всё разбросано,неухожено и т.д.... Девочки с ресепшена старались, но вот остался какой то негатив после проживания. Возможно после ремонта будет лучше.

This was my return visit to this hostel, and I must say I was dissppointed. Last time, on another platform, I gave it an 8/10 rating, but now I think I was too generous. Besides smiling, but not good English-speaking staff (and smile doesnt always solve problems like an informed action), and affordable price, it was hard to find all those benefits I thought this hostel had. Hot water dispenser wasnt working, but even cold drinking water wasnt accessible - i had to ask the staff 3 times for somebody to refill the machine. But the next morning empty again - there should be a system in place and not counting on guests for chasing down staff to fix it whenever the water tank is empty. I say chasing as there is rarely someone at the reception. They might be cleaning the rooms (good luck in finding them), but frankly rooms werent that clean. Floors were praying for mopping, dust in the bathroom fan wanted to leave too... there was even a clearly visible stain on my bed sheet upon checking in, but the staff replaced the sheet immediately (they could have spotted it when they were making the bed the first time maybe? Locker was not working, so the member of the staff had to use knife to make it work. The other storage place was also full of some crumble, i assume it is not on the cleaning list too often. AC in the room didnt seem to work properly. There was always a feeling of the temperature being too cold, whether the tehermostat was fixed at 18 or 25 degrees Celsius, you were freezing even undet the blanket. Privacy curtains are still transparent (?), and the doors of the room close loudly. Shower was more of a drizzle - the water pressure did not meet basic requirements. In the first shower, it wasnt even warm. I entered the second one, where the heater was working better, but you could not shower with water practically just dripping on you. All in all, there are other similarly priced hostels in Phuket that offer a better service.

プーケットのホテル選びは本当に難しいです。この4日間、最初の夜はダメなホテルに泊まり、翌日は別のホテルに変更することにしましたが、このホテルに満足したので、予約を更新しました。もう一泊すれば、メイン料金もより費用対効果が高くなります。 ホテルの立地は非常に良く、出口を出てすぐ海岸沿いにあり、200メートル圏内に711が2店舗あり、買い物にも便利で、夜食の屋台が並ぶナイトマーケットもあります。 ホテルは改装されているはずで、部屋はとても新しく、トイレ設備は古いですが、とても清潔です。 サービススタッフもとても優秀で、何かコミュニケーションが必要な場合は、すぐに対応してくれます。 また、交差点にゴミ集積所があり、日中出入りする際に少し匂いがしますが、部屋には影響ありません。

the location is ideal for patong budget backpackers, but the room is crowded and smelly, and with a lot of noise. the self check in system is nice as your name will be displayed on the tv outside displaying your assigned bed. they do give free towel and small luggage storage with a lock enough to keep a backpack for valuables like laptop or wallet
