Great value for money in terms of what one gets vs what we've paid for -- trendy design hotel, nice, spacious room, there's even a fridge (usually for this price it's not provided), nice lobby, adequate size breakfast area with nice ambience, good service all round. Good design and layout in room with comfortable beds, adequate powerpoints and charging points. I like that the basin area has a huge top so I could put all my toiletries (I've got a lot) Thoughtful little stuff that I like : torchlight-like light by the beside and mugs with rubber base to insulate the heat. The toiletries in the bathroom smell really good too! Breakfast has good variety -- different types of porridge, some steam dumplings, sweet potatoes and corn, etc, rice, different dishes, there's a noodle station where you could customise your noodles to a certain extent, eggs, there's also bread and some sandwiches (ready-made and can DIY too), fruits, milk, juices, coffee, soya bean milk. I feel that the options available is not bad for a hotel of such a level. Actually my booking didn't include breakfast but was advised by the staff (when I check-in) to join the hotel's membership for RMB$99 so that I can get free breakfast. Hotel lobby also serves water and orange juice - another nice touch. Hotel staff's service was very good all round. Offered to help send my luggage up when they saw I had lots of luggage and was alone (some hotels at this level wouldn't volunteer to do so). Was able to answer most of my questions re nearby malls, where to get stuff like fruits, milk, nearby attraction. House-keeping staff was good too. A big thank you to the 2 reception staff that was on night shift on 6 Apr who had helped me out re a delivery mistake made by ******* platform. They even had to look at the CCTV of the hotel to find out what really happened and it took a long while. They were very nice and patient throughout the whole drama. They also helped me speak to the customer service of ******* to try to resolve the problem. When the problem still could not be resolved that night and I was without what I required urgently like the charging cable for my phone, they staff lent me the hotel's. They also gave me a small fruit pack and a pack of milk and bread (complimentary) as I needed it the following morning to bring outdoors for the day. In addition, they had briefed their colleagues on the next shift re my case so that they're aware and could help me should I require more help. Excellent service! Re location, it's a little far off though but it's really near to Beijing Garden Expo Park (北京园博园) and the accompanying Garden Museum (园博园博物馆) . It's a really nice park that's really huge -- that is made up of little models of different style of parks (from Jiangnan to Lingnan to Beijing) It has pavilions, water features and other Chinese architecture and landscaping that usually adorn such traditional parks. Great for photoshoot. Best of all, there're very few people there! There's a small little mall about 700-800m away from the hotel, that has mainly food there with many different types of value for money eateries, coffee, a supermarket and some other shops for daily necessities that local residents need. For a real mall, head to one call 长安天街, that's about 5km away - you can get there quite easily within 10-15mins by Didi (the online platform where you could get a cab I really enjoyed staying here cost it's almost like a resort - a little remote but so quiet and spacious and there's no crowd at all -- very relaxing! I would really want to come back here especially when i want to be in a place where I can feel really relaxed without breaking the bank.

ホテルの部屋もサービスも本当に素晴らしかったです！入った瞬間、その豪華なロビーに圧倒されました。フロントの女性スタッフはとても笑顔が素敵で、チェックインもあっという間でした。部屋は広々として明るく、ベッドリネンは持ち帰りたくなるほど柔らかく、防音もしっかりしているので隣の音も全く聞こえませんでした。一日中快適すぎて、外に出たくなくなってしまいました。これまでたくさんのホテルに泊まってきましたが、このホテルの一番気に入った点は細部へのこだわりです。ベッドサイドにコンセントがあり、床に這いつくばって探す必要がありませんし、洗面所の鏡は明るくて化粧がしやすく、物干しハンガーもたくさん用意されていて、本当にポイントが高いです！

ホテルの全体的な雰囲気は上品で、共用エリアも美しく手入れされています。部屋からの眺めも良く、室内は清潔で快適でした。寝具は心地よく、バスルームのお湯も安定して出ました。フロントのサービスは行き届いており、チェックイン手続きもスムーズでした。周辺は買い物に便利で、夕方の散歩も気持ちよかったです。雰囲気がとても良く、滞在中は心地よい気分で、訪れる価値があります。ジム🏋️だけでなく、コーヒーメーカー☕️もありました。

We stayed in the 3rd floor Celebrity Smart Double Bed. The room was very spacious with a view overlooking the tiananmen square buildings. We spent our night beside the wide window sipping our teas looking at the colorfully lit buildings. The bed was very comfy, with plenty of charging ports beside both sides. It had automatic curtains and light switches placed on the bedside. It was so convenient. I have stayed in 3 hotels during my china trip and True Go was the best stay. True GO has set a bar of high standard that my other stays couldn’t match. For example, True GO provided 3 bottles of water and 3 cans of beverages for each day. And every day this was replenished consistently, even when we didn’t finish the water or beverages. At one time, we had a surplus of 4 cans of coke. The cleaning came and cleaned up everything everyday. When we came back to the hotel at night, we found the room in impeccable conditions. Once we forgot to fold our clothes on the bed and found them folded upon our arrival. That impressed us very much. I would give the cleaning lady a super star. Another thing that no other hotel could match is the quality of the towels, bathrobes, and the slippers. We were provided two bathrobes folded and packaged neatly. And this was also replaced everyday. Also the quality of coffee and tea packs was of high standard. The toiletries provided such as Shampoo, Conditioner, Bath Gel, Hand Wash were of high quality as well. On the 3rd day there was a water leakage in the bathroom at night. The receptionist lady came quickly and offered to change our room to an upgrade. And then called the technicians who also responded within 15minutes and fixed the leakage. We were very pleased with this quick service and we didn’t need to move our luggages. There was no one available and the receptionist lady cleaned the bathroom herself after the repair. We were so impressed with this quick problem solving mentality. This lady deserves a raise. She even got us a cab at 4am and came with us to the road to help find the cab and helped with our luggage. We haven’t experienced this level of dedication and service anywhere else in the world before. We absolutely loved her. We even got two cute goodbye gifts. We chose True Go hotel for the proximity to the Metro Station and didn’t expect much. This was our very first stay in China and we are glad that we started our journey with True GO hotel. Later we stayed in Novotel and Mercure but none came close to the level of service TrueGO offered. One thing that we missed is the presence of a Mini Bar. The name TrueGO Hotel didn’t appear on DID app when searching so you may have to choose Qianmen Station exit G. You will find the hotel logo prominently on the building. The famous Qianmen Street is just the opposite of the road and its a massive area of shopping and dining. Although there were no Halal Food options nearby. There are some shops nearby the metro station which sell basic foods like bread, noodles, and drinks. You will find halal food options in Sanlitun Soho Shopping mall. You will also find Bank Of China for currency exchange, Subway, three Halal restaurants including a shawarma place, China Unicom for local sim in that area. We frequented this shopping mall for many of our needs.

パーフェクトなホテルでした！宿泊体験は期待をはるかに超える素晴らしさでした！部屋は広くて清潔、寝具も快適でした。歩行者天国の中にありますが、防音性が高く静かです。ただ、バスルームにバスタブとシャワーエリアの仕切り（ドライエリア）がない点だけ少し不便でした😂 スタッフのサービスは温かくきめ細やかで、24時間いつでも迅速に対応してくれます。立地も非常に便利で、珠市口駅がすぐ近くにあり、周辺の交通アクセスも抜群です。周りには美味しいグルメが集まっており、食べ歩きやショッピングを満喫できます！コスパが非常に高く、コスパの良い宿泊体験を求めるすべての旅行者に強くおすすめします！

今回麗楓ホテルに宿泊しましたが、非常に良い印象を受けました。ホテルのデザインはモダンで、ロビーや廊下は若々しさと活気がありつつも温かい雰囲気に包まれ、一歩足を踏み入れるとすぐにリラックスできました。 部屋は特別広くはありませんが、合理的なレイアウトで空間が有効活用されており、窮屈さを全く感じませんでした。寝具は非常に快適で、硬さがちょうど良く、朝までぐっすり眠れました。清潔感は本当に素晴らしく、バスルームを含め部屋全体が隅々まで清掃されており、裸足で床を歩いても全く気になりませんでした。部屋の設備は充実していて新しく、テレビ、エアコン、照明コントロールもレスポンスが良く、使いやすかったです。高速Wi-Fiも安定して接続でき、出張にもレジャーにも非常に便利です。 フロントのスタッフは親切でフレンドリーで、チェックイン・チェックアウトも効率的かつプロフェッショナルでした。廊下で会う清掃スタッフの方も笑顔で挨拶してくれ、細やかな心遣いを感じました。ホテルの立地も非常に便利で、ホテルを出るとすぐに地下鉄の駅があります。朝食は種類が豊富で、和洋食が組み合わされており、味も美味しく、素晴らしい一日の始まりとなりました。 全体的に見て、麗楓ホテルは快適さ、清潔さ、デザイン性、サービスの全てにおいて期待を上回り、コストパフォーマンスが非常に高いです。ビジネスでの利用でも、観光やちょっとした休憩でも、非常におすすめできる選択肢であり、次回も必ず麗楓ホテルを選びたいと思います。

ホテルはフードストリートの真ん中に位置し、照明・音響ステージや司馬台長城行きのケーブルカーまで徒歩圏内です。ホテルはとても清潔で、部屋はとても広いです。ホテルの重々しい正面玄関まで坂を上って行くには、多少の体力が必要です (司馬台に長城を登りに来るのであれば問題ないでしょう)。観光サービスセンターで登録し、バスに乗ってフードストリートの入り口まで行きます。ただし、部屋のキーカードを受け取るには、このホテルの反対側にあるホテル/レストランに連絡して、翌日の朝食のオプションについて相談する必要があります。朝食ルームはこのレストランにあります。スタッフは中国語しか話せません。そのため、翻訳アプリが役立ちます。ほとんどのテレビチャンネルは中国語ですが、1つか2つのチャンネルは英語です。朝食はおいしいです。アメニティは新しくて清潔です。全体的に、このホテルをおすすめします。

今まで北京で泊まった中で、文句なしに一番コストパフォーマンスの高いホテルでした。フロントの方が無料でスイートにアップグレードしてくださり、部屋はとても広々としていました。ロボットがアメニティを届けてくれますし、レストランの雰囲気も良く、周辺は交通の便が良く商業施設も充実しています。部屋の設備も細部まで心遣いが行き届いており、バス・トイレが別なのはもちろん、バスローブもありました。テレビはワイヤレスで画面をミラーリングできます。小さな欠点はありましたが、全体としては素晴らしかったです。おすすめです！

私たちは3人グループでした。部屋にはダブルベッドとシングルベッドがありましたが、体格の大きい方はダブルベッドが狭すぎるかもしれません。部屋は清潔で整頓されていました。水、タオル、洗濯洗剤は毎日補充されました。部屋にはヨーロッパ式のコンセントがなかったので、アダプターを持参しました。受付スタッフはとてもフレンドリーでした。英語と通訳を介して話してくれたので、お互いの意思疎通に問題はありませんでした。1日分の朝食を予約しました。食事はアジア風で、ヨーロッパ人には珍しいかもしれません。地下鉄はホテルの入り口のすぐ外にあり、市内中心部やユニバーサルパークへのアクセスが簡単です。唯一の難点は、改装工事が行われていることです。ただし、これは予約時に知らされており、部屋にも通知が残されていました。他の部屋からの騒音は気になりませんでした。ジムは利用しませんでした。

4. サービス態度が素晴らしく、チェックイン手続きも迅速で効率的でした。部屋は広々としていて、防音もしっかりしているので、邪魔されることなく休むことができ、旅行には最適です。 5. 全体的に清潔で居心地の良い環境で、アメニティも充実しており、質も良かったです。快適でリラックスできる滞在で、費用対効果も高く、また利用したいと思います。 6. 環境衛生は申し分なく、空気も新鮮で嫌な臭いもありませんでした。設備も充実しており、居住快適性が高く、全体的に大変満足しています。
