レガスピの人気3つ星ホテル

不知道是不是旅遊淡季，感覺服務不是很好。正常入住時間是14點，因為航班的關係，提前入住了。雖然酒店讓我們入住了，但是並沒有告知要額外收費，直到辦理退房的時候才多收了600比索。而且房間每一天都沒有打掃。

Average. Air conditioner failed the first night, super hot all night. Moved us to another room the next day. Toilet leaked and would not stop running, they attempted to fix it but needed a plumber. Water then turned brown in both the toilet and the sink, the shower stayed clean. Checked out 3 days later with water still leaking and dirty.

Excellent service from Front Office, housekeeping and restaurant staff and nice location. But this hotel needs to bring up the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. Our room was full of cobwebs under shelves, exhaust fans and corners. Bathroom is terrible. Cloudy water, moldy sink and shower stall and oh my God toilet bowl is terribly dirty. Both rain shower and hand-held shower are not functioning properly. I had to borrow pail and scoop. Fridge/minibar is rusty. Wall paints chipped off. Stained linens. I suspect there is bedbug too. 2 of us noticed bite marks on our legs, hands and arms. The only complementing factor is really the staff service.

バスルームの広さは十分。朝食はバイキングで、内容は一般的、悪くはない。ただ、ホテルの場所は少し見つけにくいです。

場所：ダウンタウンの近く、アヤラとSMからそれほど遠くなく、空港まで10分以内。 衛生：巨大なゴキブリが枕の下にあります。本当に今まで見た中で最大のゴキブリです。重要なのは、たくさんの卵が産まれたことです。病気の時は何と言ったらいいのかわからなかった。 サービス：とても良いです、フロントデスクとドアマンはとても良いです、特に礼儀正しいです。 設備：お湯は熱くなく、お風呂で生計を立てて暖かくしてください。
