We have stayed in Pelit Park hotel for 2 nights. Hotel it self not big, have few floors, from our room we had beautiful side sea view. Room was spacious, wifi was good, always had hot water in shower. We like breakfasts, they was so tasty. Hotel staff are friendly, they have parking space at hotel. Only I don't like cleaning, on arrival I have found some plastic parts from bottle on carpet, and second day, when was made room cleaning, one towel was with holes, and also I saw small hole on bed sheet. My opinion, they need to take more attention for cleaning service. Anyway we like our stay there and satisfied 👍🏼

nicely newly renovated, great hotel, nice breakfast.. reasonable rate extra room space with quality decoration plus free perking lot I recommend this hotel

Good ratio quality price At 15-20 minutes by walking from the Meydan place Near some restaurants and markets There are 2 bus transport agencies very close Clean Good pressure of hot water A good and very huge breakfast There is a kettle and a fridge in the room The staff is friendly There could be some noise from outside on evening but it stops at night

The Comfort House Hotel is an exceptionally well managed, family run Hotel with very large, clean and comfortable rooms. My room was surprisingly big with a king size double bed, two comfortable lounge chairs, a table and a separate desk with chair by the wall. The room included a good sized private bathroom. Trabzon is all hills. There is a large cluster of a variety of good restaurants and cafes about five minute or so easy walk across the hill from the Comfort House Hotel. Don't walk up the hill or down, walk across, easy. Best of all is the wonderful family that manages the Hotel.

Overall, the hotel is good. We faced an issue with the beds; although our booking was for three beds, the third bed was not provided at first, but the problem was eventually resolved. The lighting in the rooms is very poor, which made it difficult to properly assess the cleanliness. As for the bathrooms, the surface cleanliness was acceptable, though we noticed a small spider web. However, deep cleaning needs improvement since there were signs of mold between the tiles. The air conditioning was weak and took a long time before we could feel a noticeable drop in room temperature.

매우 친절하고 유쾌한 직원 분들. 추가 요금없이 좋은 뷰의 더 좋은 방으로 바꾸어 주셨습니다. 조금 좁지만, 가격에 비해 충분히 만족스러운 숙소입니다.

ハウスキーピングは良くなく、需要だけでサービスを提供します。食事は平均的で、料理に髪の毛があり、見せましたが、反応しませんでした。結局、私たちは外で朝食をとる方が良くて合理的になります。歩行者専用道路のすぐ下にある地元のカフェ(Uc Kale)で、より安価な朝食を楽しめます。
