OOlga OskinaПрекрасный отель. Удобное расположение! Парковка . Все новое, супер чистое и оформлено красиво. Постельное белье очень хорошего качества. Завтрак вкусный, все свежее: овощи, сыры, омлет и яйца, местные сосиски, джемы. Спасибо большое!

IIgor KhoroshevWe have stayed in Pelit Park hotel for 2 nights. Hotel it self not big, have few floors, from our room we had beautiful side sea view. Room was spacious, wifi was good, always had hot water in shower. We like breakfasts, they was so tasty. Hotel staff are friendly, they have parking space at hotel. Only I don't like cleaning, on arrival I have found some plastic parts from bottle on carpet, and second day, when was made room cleaning, one towel was with holes, and also I saw small hole on bed sheet. My opinion, they need to take more attention for cleaning service. Anyway we like our stay there and satisfied 👍🏼

ゲゲストGreat staff. Be careful, the hotel isn't near the bus station (a new bus station was built two years ago a few kilometers away and the previous one is no longer operating). It is a okay hotel but the details are not taken care of. Acoustic isolation is very poor and in the night I was woken up by the noise of... the elevator. What can I say... The door is too small for the frame. You can see the corridor under it and there also goes the noise through.

ゲゲストVery nice and conveniently located to the centre of markets and shopping. I was very disappointed in the breakfast - unimaginative and very limiting. Instant coffee - no Turkish or decent coffee. In the restaurant a family was having a loud Skype session with their young child. No other patrons were considered and the waiter did nothing to quiten this intrusive communication.
Staff is very friendly and supportive. Rooms have a few bad knocks from travellers coming and going.

ゲゲストThe Comfort House Hotel is an exceptionally well managed, family run Hotel with very large, clean and comfortable rooms. My room was surprisingly big with a king size double bed, two comfortable lounge chairs, a table and a separate desk with chair by the wall. The room included a good sized private bathroom. Trabzon is all hills. There is a large cluster of a variety of good restaurants and cafes about five minute or so easy walk across the hill from the Comfort House Hotel. Don't walk up the hill or down, walk across, easy.
Best of all is the wonderful family that manages the Hotel.

We faced an issue with the beds; although our booking was for three beds, the third bed was not provided at first, but the problem was eventually resolved.
The lighting in the rooms is very poor, which made it difficult to properly assess the cleanliness. As for the bathrooms, the surface cleanliness was acceptable, though we noticed a small spider web. However, deep cleaning needs improvement since there were signs of mold between the tiles.
The air conditioning was weak and took a long time before we could feel a noticeable drop in room temperature.

ゲゲストThe room is quite clean. The housekeepers are helpful and courteous. However, the front office refused to cooperate with us when we brought to their attention that we booked a bigger room. We even evidenced it by showing them the details of the online booking. However, they kept gaslighting us and trying to make us believe that we were in a 22m2 room when it was clearly a 15m2 room. Don’t be in the hospitality sector if you don’t like to help your guests.

AAyoosh全体的に、このホテルでの滞在は浮き沈みがありました。駐車場の人は信じられないほど親切で、私の車を大事にしてくれました。これは前向きなスタートでした。しかし、受付係の笑顔の欠如は、潜在的に文化的ですが、少し冷たい印象を残しました。チェックインは効率的で、206号室はきれいでしたが、やかんやアイロンがないのでがっかりしました。明るい面では、エアコンはうまく機能しました。私の好みに合わなかったので、シャワーヘッドを改善することができます。さらに、大小1枚のタオルの提供はやや最小限でした。
プラスの点で、ホテルの場所は便利で、ショップは徒歩圏内でした。チェックアウトは簡単で、受付係に鍵を渡すだけです。結論として、いくつかの肯定的な側面がありましたが、アメニティとサービス態度のいくつかの改善は、このホテルでの全体的な経験を高めることができます。
