私たちの滞在に関してこれ以上良いことはなかった。アーリーチェックインをリクエストしましたが、リクエストに関する調整は最高でした。すべてのコミュニケーションは暖かく、反応が良かった。宿泊施設は単に美しく、食べ物は素晴らしかったです。私たちの車の安全で簡単な駐車場。素敵な滞在をありがとう、私たちは戻ってきます。

立地は最高。新しいホテルは清潔でスタイリッシュ。見た目も美しい。とても清潔。快適。トイレタリーも気に入りました。以上です。チェックインは快適でしたが、温かい歓迎ではありませんでした。まるで迷惑をかけているようでした。また、コミュニケーションが悪く、女性がコンピューターで何かを調べていたのですが、私に知らせてくれず、ただそこに立って答えを待っているだけです。部屋の Atwell カードには「何か必要な場合はお知らせください」とありました。シャワーキャップが必要でしたが、ありませんでした。ダイニングルームの椅子は 1 つしかなく、もっと欲しいと頼んだのですが、受付係は「誰にも連絡が取れないので、これがすべてだと思います」と言いました。最後に頼んだのは、食事制限のため朝食を持参したのでボウルを頼んだのですが、もちろん「ボウルはありませんが、朝食に降りてきなさい」と言われました。アドバイス: アイテムを頼むことはできますが、それで終わりです。ほとんどのホテルには旅行者向けの基本的なアメニティがありますが、ここはそうではありません。この地域には旅行者向けにもっと準備の整ったホテルがたくさんあるので、私たちがここに戻ってくることはないと思います。

朝食はいまいちでした。食べ物がどんどん足りなくなり、毎朝補充されるまで列に並ばなければなりませんでした。食べ物を補充し続けるための明確なシステムがなかったので、新しい*を10分待ち、ハッシュブラウンを15分待ちました。30分後、朝食用ブリトーを持っている人に気づきました。いつ出されたのかはわかりません。新鮮な食べ物が出てくる頃には列が長すぎて、列に並んでいた人たちは全部食べてしまいました。切り分けられた「新鮮なフルーツ」は、半分凍ったパイナップルの塊でした。 洗濯をしようとしたら、洗濯機が2台と乾燥機が1台を除いてすべて故障していました。表示には3ドルと書いてあったのに、洗濯に7ドルも請求されました。待ち時間のため、乾かす時間さえありませんでした。

最終日は誰も部屋を掃除せず、フロントに持っていくのは無意味でした。ホテルではビュッフェ式朝食を提供していません。場所は少し偏っています。幸いなことに、その隣にはスーパーマーケットがあり、とても便利です。誰かがホテルの駐車を手伝ってくれました

The stay was excellent. The hotel had a very fast and efficient check in process. The room was a lot larger than expected which was definitely a welcome surprise. The place was very quiet and the staff were a big help. We accidentally misread the checkout time for our room while we were out for brunch. When we got to the hotel and our key cards stopped working, one of the staff members went out of her way to get us into our room so we could collect our belongings. I would also like to mention the greeting card that the staff left for us in the room at check in. Those little touches are the things that really elevate the experience. Highly recommend, would love to stay again!

Courtyard Denver was surprisingly quiet for being so close to the airport. I booked the hotel since I had a rental to return and I was accounting for shuttling from the car rental place to the airport. Plus Denver airport has a massive rail line to all the gates that I knew would eat up a a lot of my time. Would recommend booking a hotel that is affordable and manageable on travel time.

エアコンは非常にうるさく、一晩中轟音を立て、完全に眠れませんでした。朝食はシンプルですが、いっぱいです。ユニオンステーション1.9kmから徒歩30分。国会議事堂から徒歩10分。その隣にはハイアットホテルポプラホテルがあります。

The staff were super nice and helpful, rooms were clean and the atmosphere was pretty cool. Our biggest complaint is the giant see-through window in the shower that anyone in the bedroom could pretty much see you naked, that frosted glass was not blocking anything out. Probably fine if you’re in the room alone or with a partner, but if you maybe have friends for acquaintances stop by while you’re still getting ready or if you share a room with your kid… It’s just kind of weird.  There also was not an exhaust fan in the bathroom, which I think was needed. Also water from the shower door soaked the ground every time, but that’s pretty common in most hotel rooms with a glass door. It also would’ve been nice to have had more than two towels in the room. I will still stay here again because I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the location was perfect for what I needed.

We had a nice stay in Hampton,walkable to City center.rAlso good breakfast and unlimited coffee and drinks anytime you want.Tnx to Mr.Herman,for being so accommodating and helpful during our check-in.He was so kind and that he even he gave us a bag of goodies us a welcome gift.Tnx so mch Mr.Herman,you made our stay in Hampton memorable.
