場所は大部分が新しく改装されました。⁰バスルームはすべてタイルで再構築されています。これらのバスルームは小さくてタイトです。あなたがより大きく、または移動性が低い高齢者であれば、これは利用するのが少し難しいかもしれません..全体的に私が感じた場所はかなりきれいでした.真ん中に素敵な小さなプールとピクニックテーブルのあるパビリオンがあります。使用するかどうかにかかわらず、リゾート料金で支払うグリルがあります。ここに滞在するときは、ビーチの広いセクションにいることを忘れないでください。砂の上の水まで900フィート以上。年をとったり、移動性が低下したり、重い🤣を飲んだりすると、ハイキングになる可能性があります。嘘をつくことはできませんが、景色は美しいです。広い車を運転すれば、便利な方法であるoitを後ろに駐車できない可能性が高いです。

酒店距離Tampa beach開車有十多分鐘的路程，不是很遠。前台小姐姐超級熱情，房間也比較大，雖然看上去裝修的時間有點長了，但是很乾凈。房間裏有烤箱、冰箱、洗碗機等，有需要的話非常方便。酒店還提供免費停車，這還是比較划算的哦。

It was a first time stay at a Fairfield Inn and it will not be our last. We gratefully appreciated the early check-in, as we seniors drove over 3 1/2 hours. The location is excellent and the Inn easy to find, along with the parking. The hotel lobby, elevators, and rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. We were given a nice, quiet room, too. We did not use the swimming pool, but it looked from afar. We also did not stay for the continental breakfast, as we met family at a close restaurant. The room was equipped with a small coffee maker and a refrigerator, which made out stay more comfortable. The hotel staff was accommodating in moving us to a new room in a quiet area and very pleasant.

So pleased with service the moment we pulled up. We were greeted with most respectful parking attendants, and we had plenty of time to checkin and gather all belongings. Hotel provided excellent breakfast selection, beautiful pool, fitness center, as well as a fun engaging shuttle ride to their closest drop off location. On our trip, thanks to our wonderful parking attendants we were able to meet, Hulk Hogan and Jimmy Hart!!! How bad ass vacation is that! We are forever grateful. Now, for one unpleasant experience…. On our last night stay, we did experience a not so polite front desk associate. Our party wanted to utilize beautiful balcony area to play cards and laugh but there was a sign, stating bad weather patio was closed. We were bummed but made arrangements to sit inside lobby area instead. We also asked if we could have new top cover blankets for our room, coming back from the beach sand got all over them. We were told it would be a very long time before we would receive them, all blankets were locked up, and housekeeping was already gone. We stated no problem!! One of our party members got a little chilly inside lobby area, so we asked if we could have a small blanket to use. Associate handed us a small blanket to use so we could continue playing cards in lobby. We looked up weather conditions and storm had moved past, so we informed front desk associate storm moved passed, if we could use outside balcony. Extremely frustrated with us, front desk associate ripped signage off, unlocked door, and told us all mosquitoes were outside!! ***??? Next morning checking out, we informed hotel manager Laura one of her associates was unpleasant and rude last night. Ms. Laura apologized on behalf of her associate and informed us she would be speaking and addressing her behavior directly. Thanks again, Fairfield Marriott for the wonderful stay, parking attendants were so wonderful and polite!! Thank you!

Rooms were clean and tidy. Bed was comfy. Location is good for the city. Parking available at a charge. Breakfast was not very good, no order, children picking up food with fingers and even putting back, dirty plates left on the door countertops. This really was disappointing as the rooms were so nice and clean. However many noisy guests throughout the night, slamming of doors, also a lot of dogs staying and they barked a lot. No one came to rectify this. Would possibly stay again if we could get a floor with no dogs, and knew security sorted out noise and would skip breakfast!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Florida. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms and common areas were clean and well-maintained. The location is convenient, just off the highway, making it easy to reach and a great base for traveling around. The breakfast, including good coffee, was better than expected and a nice bonus to start the day. Overall, we would happily stay here again!

The hotel experience/accommodations overall were good. However, the reservations I made included breakfast for two for two days, and it was awkward to acquire the breakfast portion of my reservation. Instead, the hotel gave me a $20.00 per day credit for one guest for breakfast. Also upon check-out, I was not provided a room receipt - so I am not sure what to use for my expense report, and I do not know what I have been actually charged for. This reservation arrangement was not what I expected and I doubt very seriously if I will use this service again. It was embarrassing and I am especially uncomfortable with what I will be charged.

Stayed at this Courtyard for a quick weekend trip to St. Pete. The hotel is a historic building. The staff was friendly and helpful. Although it was an older building the hotel seems to have been recently updated. The rooms were a little on the small side for a Courtyard, but very nice. The location is close to the downtown and Pier area. 15 to 20 min drive to the beach depending on the beach. Very centrally located. My only issue was the amount to park ($37 a night).The valet staff was nice and professional.

Overall, a decent place to stay. Has lots of potential but work should be given to spruce it up, even though it’s a very old building. Here are my main reasons for the 3 score rating: -great location downtown and near the pier. Super walkable to lots of great restaurants and shopping. -eclectic, cool atmosphere  -no onsite parking -bedding clean but bedframe was very dirty and scuffed. Bed firm but nice enough.  -floors were hardwood and appeared to not have been mopped or cleaned with something that didn’t rinse properly, very sticky.  -water in shower did not get hot, actually barely got warm  -door lock was broken -windows had no screens, shower window fell out when we tried to open it, most room windows wouldn’t stay opened  -tv was attached to a Roku (with only Roku remote) and had no main remote to adjust TV settings, tv was on a stretch mode so you couldn’t watch a movie or anything easily. -staff was super friendly
