Loved this resort! Clan and fresh with a super friendly staff! Great location, covered parking and a fitness center with good quality equipment. Our room was really clean and housekeeping kept up with everything for us. We were greeted with champagne when we checked in! The pool staff are really good at what they do. Constructive criticism? We only ate breakfast in the restaurant and it was just ok. We ordered a croissant and they just took it out of a bag and served it cold. The drinks at either bar are very small and expensive. The hot tub wasn’t hot which was ok because it was always full of unsupervised little kids. Besides that we would stay there again.

Amazing location. Very comfy beds. Pool is way too small for the size of hotel. The pool’s accessibility chair was not working, which was a big disappointment.

It was a first time stay at a Fairfield Inn and it will not be our last. We gratefully appreciated the early check-in, as we seniors drove over 3 1/2 hours. The location is excellent and the Inn easy to find, along with the parking. The hotel lobby, elevators, and rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. We were given a nice, quiet room, too. We did not use the swimming pool, but it looked from afar. We also did not stay for the continental breakfast, as we met family at a close restaurant. The room was equipped with a small coffee maker and a refrigerator, which made out stay more comfortable. The hotel staff was accommodating in moving us to a new room in a quiet area and very pleasant.

ペリカン ポイント ホテルを予約したとき、古い物件だと知っていたので、壮大なことは期待していませんでした。また、価格は非常に手頃でした!私たちが最初に到着したとき、部屋は5人家族にとってとても広としていました。それはセミスイートのようなもので、キッチンはベッドから分離されていますが、閉じられていません。キッチン/ダイニングエリアにはダブル2台と布団が折りたたまれていました。きれいでしたが、ファンキーな匂いがして、冷蔵庫と電子レンジを備えた小さな設備の整ったキッチンが役に立ちました。一見素晴らしかった、場所は素晴らしい、クリアウォータービーチの向かいにあり、ボーナスである無料の駐車場(私は駐車料金を余分に支払う必要がないので、価格を考えると本当に素晴らしかった)......私の息子がバスルームで巨大なバグを見たまで、私たちは本当にこの発見で得点したと思いました。 ! ! My husband and I booked a vacation at the Bilmar in treasure island and we loved it! Heather and Viola at the front desk were a pleasure! Heather went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and enjoyable. The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Everything was in walking distance of the hotel, and the beach and pool was amazing. Mike and Louis, the bartenders at Sloppy Joe’s and Waves were awesome. From the staff to the resort and location everything was wonderful and we can’t wait to return! And do not miss the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see! Gregory & Janel

La habitación en general estaba limpia, excepto la nevera que tenía un poco de arena de playa, solicité un microondas y una rollaway bed, eso llegó enseguida, pero el microondas estaba asqueroso. La ubicación del hotel es privilegiada, allí hay salida directo hacia la playa, el estacionamiento es un costo adicional por noche, también cobran un fee adicional que te incluye cierto servicio básicos, no te incluye sombrillas, es bueno saberlo para que no sea una sorpresa. La atención en front desk pareciera robotizada pero el resto del personal hacen una gran diferencia. En general fue una experiencia grata poder olvidarte de manejar e ir caminando hacia la playa, boulevard, restaurantes todo está cerca.

Checked in at 350 and the room wasn’t ready.  I asked the lady if she was sure it wasn’t ready. We ended up going to the beach until room was ready. At 400 the room was ready, when we had already gone to the beach.  Had to go back to the lobby and waited a while in line to get room key. They gave us late check out for noon time the next day. Fast forward the next day, housekeeping started knocking on our door at 9am. They wanted to know when we were leaving. I told them not yet.  At 10am they came around again, checking to see if we had left. Didnt give me a chance to speak to the lady since she was In a rush. At 11am once again they came around wanting to check if we had left. I told the housekeeper that we had late check out and to please stop rushing us to leave.  She apologized but at this point I was annoyed.  This location needs a lot of renovation, maintenance on the pool and re-training!
