私は本当にホテルの設備が好きで、チェックアウト時間に到着したときにすべてのホテルのスタッフに静かで清潔で笑顔を楽しんでいました..多目的な場所はベルコネンの中心部にあります..滞在して雰囲気を楽しむのに素晴らしい場所..ホテルのスタッフ全員によくやった.. 良い休息と静けさを楽しみたい人に強くお勧めします..

Good location: 2 tram stops from the city centre, walking distance to restaurants Room size and cleanliness quite good Laundry facility is super (wash machine and dryer free, only have to buy washing powder) Breakfast not worth it - no cheese, no hot chocolate/cocao for kids, no freshly brewed coffee (costs extra)

clean room and comfy bed. there are only 2 floors and our room is next to a round about and noise during the day could be quite loud. the hotel decor is not so modern with a bath tub and only a shower screen covering half of it so after showers the bathroom floor is completely wet. breakfast was great and staff at the restaurant were patient and attentive to the needs of customers. hotel staff were helpful and service was good overall except that when we checked out the front desk lady was first reluctant to get staff to check my room but told me if anything is missing from the minibar it will be charged to our card and that we have signed an agreement. of course if we have consumed anything we are happy to pay but we would like the room checked when we are still in the hotel premises rather than being told a day later a dozen drinks have gone missing. I wonder why she did not understand my request. she wasn't rude but what she said could be offensive to some people.

絶好のロケーション-ホテルのすぐ外にあるバス停は、ショップまで徒歩圏内で、移動に非常に便利になりました。 部屋自体は広としていて、ベッドは快適で、全体的な滞在が快適になりました。 歯ブラシ、シャワーキャップ、スリッパなどの基本的なアメニティは部屋に提供されませんでした。ミニバーにも価格が記載されていないため、どのアイテムがかかるかわかりません。 部屋とバスルームのメイン照明は明るく、私にとってはかなり過酷で、柔らかいトーンに調整するオプションはありませんでした。そして、バスルームのファンはかなりうるさく、それをオフにするオプションがないようで、破壊的かもしれません。また、24時間受付ができず、スタッフに連絡が取れなかったりすることもあります。 全体的にまともな滞在、絶好のロケーション。

We stayed for the Canberra Marathon Festival. The location was close to the main event area, and there is a cafe and a foodstore close by. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable. The area is quiet but there are a few restaurant's and bars along the lake about a 10-minute walk away. Uber's were always only a minute away. We had a great time seeing the sights, a lot of them are within walking distance from the hotel.

遅くチェックインしたがチェックイン後にルームにインターネット接続ができなくてホテルに問い合わせたかったがスタッフが全員退勤して何のコメントも受けられなかった。 翌日に問い合わせたところ、チェックイン時に別の部屋に割り当てられたとだけ案内し、誰も責任を負わなかった。 非常に問題のあるサービスでした。

The hotel is close to amenities (shopping centre etc) but has been slowly deteriorating in condition and service over recent years. More recent changes include charging car-parking fees and removal of the restaurant breakfast service. Not up to the standard of other Abode hotels..

The staff were friendly and helpful. Clean room, comfortable bed, wifi, aircon and as a bonus they have a buffet breakfast. Great location with on-site parking included and the German pub right next door for dinner within walking distance

It’s impressive to have bar crews and front desk staffs there, they are so helpful and cheerful. Although it’s definitely short-staffed as observed, they did their best, full marks scored!
