ローマの人気4つ星ホテル

スターホテルでの忘れられない滞在と、心温まる最高のサービス こんにちは。私は韓国から家族旅行でイタリアを訪れた際、スターホテルに滞在した者です。 ローマでの4日間の滞在があまりに素晴らしかったので、帰国後すぐに感動してレビューを書いています。今回の旅は、母と息子との初めてのヨーロッパ家族旅行で、ローマでの最初の3日間をスターホテルで過ごしました。到着した瞬間から、素晴らしい立地、清潔な客室、そして何よりもスタッフの温かくきめ細やかなサービスなど、全てが期待を上回り、大変快適な滞在となりました。あまりに満足したため、イタリア滞在最終日もスターホテルに戻ることに決めました。しかし、私の手違いで、誤って別の予約日を登録してしまっていたのです。 南イタリアを巡る11日間の長い旅を終え、へとへとになってローマに戻ってきましたが、ホテルに到着して初めて予約が間違っていることに気づきました。それはストレスで途方に暮れる瞬間でした…支配人のトファエル M.様が親切に助け舟を出してくださるまでは。 問題を完全に把握する前から、トファエル様は私たち、特に私の息子の目を見て、『ご心配なさらないでください。私が解決策を見つけますから。』と優しくおっしゃいました。その一言で、どれほど安心し、心が落ち着いたことか。異国でのこのような手違いは、本当に心細く感じるものですが、彼の落ち着いた、心からの励ましが大きな違いを生みました。 さらに感動したのは、トファエル様とフロントのパオラ S.様が、私たちのために解決策を見つけようと、大変な尽力をしてくださったことです。予約が外部サイト経由（ホテル直接ではない）であったため、複雑な問題でした。それにもかかわらず、トファエル様は自ら何度も電話をかけ、熱心に交渉を重ね、最終的に問題を解決してくださいました。 彼のおかげで、私たちはイタリアでの最後の夜を、安全で大切にされていると感じながら、希望通りスターホテルで過ごすことができました。 私は韓国の国際的なホテルチェーンで長年勤務し、今もホスピタリティ業界に身を置く者として、彼らのプロ意識と献身的な姿勢には本当に感銘を受けました。まさに真のホテルマンのあるべき姿であり、彼らは称賛と評価に値します。 ためらうことなく、次回ローマを訪れる際も、このホテルを選びます。そして、ブログや旅行コミュニティなど、あらゆるプラットフォームを通じて、スターホテルとトファエル様、パオラ様の素晴らしいサービスを、できる限り多くの人に推薦するつもりです。心より感謝申し上げます。

HiSuite Rome has two kinds of accommodation: regular hotel rooms and two or three small two-bedroom apartments, each with separate entrance. As we are a family of five (two parents and three children aged 16, 7, and 1,5 years), we got an apartment. The apartments are located in a separate house just opposite to the hotel reception on a narrow and truly authentic street in the old center of Rome, in a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona. Each apartment has an entrance door with a codelock, which opens into a living/dining room with a kitchenette complete with a fridge, a coffee machine, and a toaster. One of the two bedrooms is one level above, another is one level below, underground (and without natural light), all three levels being connected with staircases. From the photos in the hotel website it was not clear that the apartment is organized in as many as three levels (although the staircase was of course clearly visible), but this is a nice detail adding much to the cozy character of the space. Note however that living in this space involves using stairs a lot. Both bedrooms are equipped with shower and toilet, and there is one wardrobe with a small safe upstairs. The tasteful decoration of the apartment, as well as the hotel's lobby, deserves special mention, and every morning it was delightful to see the beautiful Baroque frames of windows just opposite to ours. The hotel is apparently owned by a family, and the owners were really friendly and thoutful. We kept contact via email and WhatsApp with Laura, Giulia, and Mike (Michele?), and this experience was pleasant and memorable. The hotel team helped us book comfortable and reasonably priced transfers from the Fiumicino airport and to the Termini train station, and both taxi drivers were punctual and dependable. We had an early inbound flight, and the hotel provided us with early check-in free of charge (without us asking for it). On the day of checkout our luggage was kept until the taxi arrived in the evening. The hotel also provides to its guests a memo with a useful selection of eating and cultural addresses, and Laura readily gave lots of practical advice regarding visiting the city's attractions. HiSuite Rome does not have breakfast room, but there is a cafe next door. We however did not use it, because it was nice to have our own breakfasts at our place. All in all, our experience with HiSuite Rome is perfect. They provide normal service that you expect from a hotel of this class, but do everything with much attention to detail, in a thoughtful, friendly and dependable manner that goes beyond what's expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Rome from a nice and historical location, and will check their website first should we be coming to Rome again.

古い客室は改装され、バルセロの雰囲気が漂います。 2024年8月の前回訪問時と比べて、かなり改善されています。敷地内に無料駐車場があります。

ヴァチカン観光を主な目的とした方にとってはこの価格帯では最高のホテルではないでしょうか？ ただ、偶然かシャワーの温水の出に時間がかかったので、そこは改善点かもしれません。 しかし、そこを差し引いてもヴァチカン観光を長時間楽しみたい方には強くおすすめいたします。

Super tolle Lage! Etwas schwer mit Tür öffnen und Internet aber es geht 

交通の便はまあまあでした。ローマのバスの乗り方がよく分からなかったので、外出時は基本的にまず地下鉄駅まで歩いていました。10分少々くらいです。地下鉄はとても便利で、観光スポットへは特に速かったです。近くは住宅街で、治安は…まあまあといったところでしょうか？ただ、何人かのロマの人々も見かけました。出入口を出て右手にあるレストランのピザはとても美味しかったです。

We stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options. The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find. Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

Per il prezzo di Roma non è male, però le modalità di self check in sono leggermente macchinose per il primo ingresso (poi una volta ottenute le chiavi che si trovano in stanza si apre portone esterno e di ingresso al condominio). Il bagno aveva una doccia con muffa ed usciva pochissima acqua dal soffione, tutto incrostato, comunque pur cercando di pulirlo non usciva molta acqua. Per il prezzo non è malaccio però

TLTR: ここは4つ星ホテルではありません。立地は最高ですが、文字通り他の全てが妥協点です… さて、このホテルのメリットを2つ挙げましょう。時間はかかりません。まずは立地です。ローマ・テルミニ駅から北口を出てマルサーラ通りへ行き、2つの通りを渡って右折すれば、すぐに着きます！本当に簡単です :) もう一つのメリットは朝食です。毎日同じメニューですが、まずまずで、予想以上に良かったです。 さて、デメリットですが…まず第一に、バスルームに黒カビが生えていました！ たくさんです。なぜ「たくさん」かというと、4つ星ホテルのバスルームのカビの許容量はゼロだからです。 次に、ベッドにヘッドボードがありませんでした。4つ星ホテルのヘッドボードの許容数はご存知ですか？ そうです、少なくとも1つは :) ベッドは実際には2つのベッドがぎっしりと並んでいました（私は気にしませんが）。しかし、羽毛布団カバーがありませんでした！マジで、寝るためのシーツ、体を覆うための別のシーツ、暖かい毛布、そしてその上にかけるシーツまでありました！言うまでもなく、夜になると体と毛布の間にあったシーツはどんどん持ち去られていきます。それに、この3in1構造のベッドは、まるでイタリアの未来がかかっているかのようにマットレスの下に押し込まれていました！一体全体、何なの？家でもこんな風に寝るの？きっと寝ないだろう。なのに、なぜ4つ星ホテルでこんな風に寝るの？ さらに、スリッパも電子レンジも、食事用のテーブルも、ティーケトルもアイロンも、シャワーカーテンも、何もありませんでした！バスルームに紙コップが2つあるだけで、それだけです。4つ星ホテルクラスのサービスですよね？さらに素晴らしい！お湯が欲しければ、4階から階下に降りて、受付のすぐ隣にある壊れた中型のボイラーからお湯を汲まなければなりませんでした！この4つ星ホテルにご宿泊のお客様、チェックインと観光税の支払いの間、妻が麺類のお湯を沸かしている間、ご容赦ください。問題ありません。郷に入っては郷に従え、ですからね… 4つ目に、部屋の質が…控えめに言っても、最悪でした。壁は汚れていたし、ヘアドライヤーはひどい出来で、バスルームのドアの下部は壊れていました。一体全体、何なんだ？！減価償却資産とか聞いたことある？最低です、最低です。税金は私が払うんだから、お前らはドアを直せって言うんだから、いいか？ 最後に、一番の問題は…部屋の正面ドアの下に大きな隙間があって、ホテルのフロアで起こっていることが全て廊下で起こっているように聞こえたことです。ドアの前を人が通り過ぎるのは構わないのですが、まるで常に見知らぬ人が部屋に居るような気がしました。そのせいでよく眠れませんでした。それから、どこかのフロアで大きな愛撫の音が聞こえたんです…廊下でカップルがセックスしているような気がしました！ 4つ星ホテル体験？ちっとも… さて、なぜ私が「4つ星ホテル」にこだわっているのか説明しましょう。問題は、イタリアではホテルの星の数に何の意味もないということです！星の数というのは、建物に一定の設備や広さなどがあるという意味で、部屋の質とは関係ありません。冗談抜きで、私たちはヴェネツィアの3つ星ホテルに泊まりましたが、そちらの部屋の方がずっと良かったです！ まとめると、このホテルは駅近でちょっと泊まりたい人には良いホテルです…でも、2泊以上滞在する予定なら…予算が許せば他のホテルを選びましょう。そうでなければ、まあ、立地と朝食は最高ですけどね :) 追伸：受付のアジア人とアフリカ人の女の子たちに乾杯！最高です :)

部屋は清潔で静かでした。一般的にローマのホテルにはバスタオルやタオルはありませんが、このホテルでは提供しています。喉が渇いたときに泡立つ水のボトルを提示してくれたフロントの弟に感謝します。
