A newer hotel with a good location - easy Uber to anywhere tourists want to go- a laundry across the road, pharmacy and lots of shops for everyday stuff including some restaurants - the staff are fab! Abdul Aziz and Idris looked after us very well. Clean and comfortable and reasonably priced - great for business, tourists and families - ❤️👍

場所はとても良いです、ヴィラエリアでは、T5からホテルまでタクシーで約25分かかります。上司はとても素敵で、猫はとてもかわいいです、昨夜は朝の3時までホテルまで待っていました、部屋のリビングルームはとても暖かく、シェフもとても素敵です。食べ物は素晴らしく、家のように感じます。昨夜遅すぎて夕食を逃し、キッチンで作った卵チャーハンを添付しました😂 次回出張であなたの家に泊まります!

Видно что новый отель, а это реальная радость для Рияда. Удобное расположение, красивый ресепшн уровень близок к 5 звёздам, чистые и красивые номера. Из минусов, на завтрак нужно приходить прям рано утром иначе есть шанс что ничего не останется, ну и цены конечно завышены в Дубае за такую цену можно жить в отличном 5 звездочнлм отеле.

素敵なホテルで、スタッフも素敵で、静かで清潔な滞在ができました。不満はまったくありません。ホテルのオーナーはとても礼儀正しく、ゲストに楽しい滞在をしてもらいたいという気持ちが伝わってきます。プールも素敵でした。設備は料金に含まれており、追加料金はありませんでした。

このホテルはたまたま空港と街の近くにあります。彼らは完全なスパを誇っています-しかし、私がそこにいたとき、何も機能していませんでした。蒸気浴で時間を過ごすという決定に基づいていると、かなり残念です。プールは温水ですが、屋内と地下の厄介な場所にあります。部屋は小さいですが清潔です。ハウスキーピングは毎日行われ、敬意を払って行われます。シャワーには強い水圧があります。ルームサービスは迅速ですが、ここの食べ物は朝食を含めて基本的です。実際、スクランブルエッグしか食べられません。これ以上派手なものは期待しないでください。全体的に、市内には他にも選択肢があります。よく選択してください。

The hotel has been the least favorite part of my trip to Riyadh! Although the hotel is in a far down-town area, I booked it expecting a certain level of service and product from a hotel such as Four Points by Sheraton. Upon arrival, I was asked to pay the entire stay in full ahead of my stay, which I normally do and cover upon check-out. When asking why, I wasn’t given an answer. Later on that same day, I came back from a meeting only to find that all elevators are out of service, even the Servic elevator. Having my room on the 17th floor didn’t help, so like many other guests, I stayed waiting in the lobby till someone could fix it. After around 15 minutes, one elevator started working again, but when going up to my room, and trying to go back afterwards on my way to another meeting, the elevators were again not working. This time, I had to wait for 20 minutes until they started working. There was an electrical problem with the elevators during the 4 days I stayed there. As for food, it was poor, whether through room service or main restaurant. I sometimes got items that were different from what’s described in the menu, and other times dishes that were completely tasteless, in addition to the poor food presentation. The staff are friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the stay was a disappointment.

احسن فندق وجدته من حيث النظافة ومن حيث الجودة واستقبال الموظفين وتعاونهم وقربه من حي السفارت ووجود المسبح والچيم ورتابة المطعم واللوبي وشراحة الفندق والغرف الوسيعة والخدمات كذلك واخص بالذكر الاخ صالح وبقية الكادر والاخ عمرو. .. وفقكم الله

Car park is a nightmare especially if you have a big car ”TRUCK” everything else is good

The reception employee, Mr. Faisal was very professional and super friendly and made us feel like home. The bell desk clerk was also very active and polite. The hotel seemed to have been renovated with big rooms and modern furniture along with a very well equipped bathroom. There is also a 24 hour room service but we did not use it as we were there for one night and we checked in way past midnight after having dinner outside. The main issues we had were the TV remote control that did not work and the walls being too thin as we were able to hear people walking and talking in the hallway and passing by our door.
