Moonlight Hotel - All Inclusive

Big rooms, very comfortable beds, nice staff, clean, big pools. Small beach but with sand and rocks, not many umbrellas or seats. Good food but scarce for a five star hotel,not too many options, bar limited to local drinks and few options for food abr. By the pool there is a paid bar. Overall good for the price paid for all inclusive.

Hi spent seven days in moonlight hotel was clean and spacious rooms .Provided pack lunch as we arrived early hours it was out of season as season starts 1 June but resort is Like visiting a COVID hotspot and I would not recommend resort hotel was absolutely dead with more staff than guests staff mixed reactions some were very good some terrible like they had just started and younger staff playing on there phones and not interested our maid was lovely 1 or two other bar staff and reception staff ok . Air con started leaking but was resolved following day This hotel is rated 5 but seriously 3/4 star is more likely food was ok but not hot would not stay here again not because hotel as a lot of problems can be rectified with staff training.But because resort was beautiful but dead no entertainment due to out of season

Great hotel nice and clean staff were very friendly as well but always looked angry, got to our room shower head hanging off broken bracket and trim hanging off ceiling in bathroom not safe at all, no way is it a 5 star hotel more like a 3,great location right in front of the beach,also the food was terrible and the range of drinks they have on offer.if you are going to get a sun lounger make sure your down by the pool by 6:30 to put your towels out or there’s no way you will have 1 after 9

I would rate everything terrible except rooms. The rooms were big enough and the cleaners were good and pretty helpful. Other than that i dont know why the hotel is rated 5 stars. Its more like 2/3 stars hotel. The staff is really unfriendly, we booked room with sea view and the guy told us that “ my manager gave u thr room with not really nice view , if you give me some tips i can change it” This is not how staff should act on 5 star hotel. The food is awful, usually cold. Alcochol is bad because theres is not a lot of varriety .

Nice hotel, massive rooms and balcony. Location is fantastic right by the beach and short distance from everything you would want on a holiday. Staff very helpful and because we arrived late they had made us all a little buffet to eat in our rooms. Can’t wait to go back

1* Hotel, I don't know who let these scammers keep 5*. Smells like dumb everywhere! Food horrible, restaurant as a 90's cantine, dirty, you cannot drink anything from All Inclusive, it is plastic everything. The Air Conditioning was not working and they didn't change our room because it was after 20.00 o'clock, I was complaining even booking, nothing...and it is impossible to sleep with the windows open because there are mosquitoes and bugs and they don't have windows nets. THE PARKING HAS MAX 10 SPOTS.
