For shared use: property 4'000 m2 (fenced) with trees, natural garden, meadow, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (13 x 6 m, depth 90 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: lounge, washing machine (extra) (for shared use). Beverage service (extra). Roofed, parking at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 5 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Asti" 5 km. Nearby attractions: Alba 30 km, Neive 25 km, Turin 65 km.
