The service from the receptionist (Kavi) is excellent, expecting a hot tub/ spa in the king studio all the way to Traralgon, however we only knew it doesn’t have any spa or hot tub included although it was stated on their website 🥲 other than that, the room is spacious and comfortable, the food is great as well

Lovely place to stay, not too far out of town. Quiet and clean. The suite was wonderful with kitchenette and spa bath. Would stay there again.

Clean, quiet and helpful staff but the Luxury (?) Apar**ent (?) lacked facilities to qualify as a self catering apar**ent. Kitchen/kitchenette was lacking.

This hotel is right next to the Latrobe regional hospital. Only 10 min pathed walk way to the hospital and 5min to medical specialist clinic. (or a very easy drive) If we had family member needing another major operation we would book a room for the night before and day of the operation. This would give me a nice clean and relaxing place to wait for updates. (much better than the 7 hours hanging around the hospital canteen)

Staff were friendly and helpful. The window between the bathroom and bedroom was a little odd, but the shower had amazing water pressure. Would stay here again.

Needs more in room service information (booklet) available in rooms

The room was an upgrade (I think) I was never told but: The Spa was out of order and very dirty with a soap packet left in the bath The sill in the bath window was filthy There was a large dead bug on the floor in the bath The window in the bedroom was rotted and unusable The wall around the new air conditioner was left bare so you can see where the previous air con was installed A pile of dirt was left near the entrance door As I believe it was an upgraded room, I appreciated the extra room and ammenities but if I had paid full price for a room left in this condition I would not have been very pleased.

We stayed on 16/9 and the staff were very welcoming and multi tasked in a calm manner. Looking forward to come back soon.

Arrived for a romantic 10 year anniversary stay with my wife waited ages at front desk for bookin Got into luxury apar**ent no hot water in shower No romantic gesture in room or rose petals like I requested or chocolate Went to dinner same guy running around to manage hotel by himself not enough staff on Sat down to no candle light dinner no complimentary cocktails as requested during the. Week arranged by staff phone call for a extra $100 on bookin So upset and disappointed in service and customer relations. Food was fantastic Chk out the Indian inquisition over a over priced $ 5 bottle of water that we did not drink Never coming back Thanks for ruining the memory of our first time we met after 10 years Mr & Mrs Eager
