The resort was very nice but do not recommend for solo travelers.

在雨林裏，環境還不錯，當然蚊子也多…飲食一般吧，不驚艷也不算難吃，服務我覺得蠻一般的，不太主動積極而且會比較經常打擾休息，隔音也不好，大半夜或者大清早的被吵醒過好幾次，最不喜歡的是把好幾衹海豚囚禁在一個小小的泳池裡…總之是非常商業化沒有什麼人情味的酒店

To start, if you don't like walking, this is not the place for you. The property is large, with many areas of natural vegetation and fauna. The rooms are large and comfortable. The service is friendly. There is never a lack of loungers on the beach.

We loved the resort. Lots to do and we thought rooms were great. Food was average at buffet but we loved the Japanese and Italian Restaurant.

Beautiful resort very friendly staff. The beach area is amazing and the little touches like champagne and chocolate covered strawberries were wonderful

I am deeply disappointed in our most recent stay. From start to finish we felt taken advantage of and undervalued. We experienced everything from being overcharged beyond our agreed upon rate, to denied access to marketed amenities(All 10 Restaurants), False promises of membership perks never received, sleepless nights due to constant renovations, and a constant reminder that if we were not members of the resort’s private club we were not valued. I have traveled for years and I have always had a great experience. This hands down was our worst experience traveling.Even when we voiced our concerns the solution offered was, for us to return at a later date for another stay to receive a potential gift. I was floored!

Just arrived home from a 10 day stay at Grand Serenis. The property is very large so a lot of walking is required. Edgar, Issac and Derek made our stay more enjoyable. The worst part of our stay was the noise outside our room all night long.

The food was good. Not over the top, but we could always find something we liked. The grounds were nice with the exception of people leaving their trash all over. I picked cups off the edge of the lazy river just about every time I went around. The staff was friendly, but not overly so when compared to other places I've stayed in the region. The Brazilian breakfast and lunch buffet were the worst. They changed the hosted for the last few days of our stay and she was great. The first one was horrible. She'd see you standing at the podium to be seated and she'd turn and walk the other way to go talk to the waiters. We often had to seat ourselves and go up and get our own silverware and glassed for water and coffee. She never smiled. We enjoyed our stay, but won't be back to this particular resort.

Beautiful resort, the food is not bad but the rooms need some tlc we had an issue with our rooms our bathroom shower drain clogged, and my kids room had ants and the thermostat was messed up they sent maintenance and tried fixing it and refused to give us a different room until the next morning we woke up to water dripping from the ceiling finally my husband had enough and he demanded another room. That was not a great experience at all.
